PayMore - Buy, Sell & Trade Electronics — Local services in Milford

I love the fact that they have a store in my hometown now. This is great. Ever since Best Buy shut down in March 2024, there was virtually no other spot to buy/sell/trade electronics. Not that Best Buy did all that, but that's besides the point. Without this store location, I would've had to drive all the way to Salem, New Hampshire if I wanted to get rid of some old junk for a couple of bucks.

So I had spoken with Nick yesterday (the day before this review). He was nice, talkative, and knowledgeable about his stuff and the brand. The next day (here on this review, today) I decided to get rid of my stuff. I got money for 3 Xbox 360 controllers (the black, silver, and blue ones). The purple controller was considered 'third-party' because it was custom made. I also got money for my two Full Spectrum Warrior games (1 & Ten Hammers). I also got money for a pinnacle (multiple-port) from Dazzle. I didn't, however get money for the console itself and its cables. I incidentally brought in a printer cable without knowing it. They took it anyway (free of charge). The reason for not accepting the Xbox 360 console was because the disc tray wouldn't open. I would've given this a 5 star if it wasn't for that reason. I guess that's just me being biased. I suggested to Tony, guy who took my order, that maybe they could've taken the time to fix it, then give me a callback with the final quote once they finish so that I could get my money. We called in advance, stating "we deal.with storage units and have over 100 phones and laptops, would you be interested?" They say yes come on down, we drive 45 min each way. These idiots in person then say they dont buy phones out of storage units. You can't make this up. Took them 20 minutes to find a charger. Took them 20 minutes to help another customer with a basic sale. The guy lied to our faces and on the phone and wasted our time. A rock bottom store that deserves 0 stars.
