ALDI — Local services in Milford

I went to the Aldi Milford location and never again. you're asking people to practice social distancing then shouldn't the people working in the store be doing the same thing? They're not. Then, they're wearing latex gloves!!! No regard for people with allergies? On top of that can you say "cross contamination"? I asked one cashier about the bathroom after I had already CLEARLY read the sign on the women's bathroom saying it was out of order and the men's room had a sign that said Public Restroom. Door was locked. Knocked loudly multiple times and no answer. The cashier closest to the bathroom is finishing up with a customer so I politely asked her if customers need a key for the bathroom and she said the women's bathroom is out of order. Yeah, I know that why's I went to the men's room door because there's a sign that says "Public Restroom" but it's locked. She's says, "Oh,t someone must be in there." Isay, "I understand, but the only reason why I'm asking is because I knocked a few times and no one answered." Thecashier shrugged her shoulders and I walked away with no other response from her. Really? You would think she would check the bathroom after she finished with her customer or asked another associate to check the bathroom. Maybe someone locked it by mistake when they left, maybe someone needs help in the bathroom? This will be my last trip to this Aldi Location. So...

Aldi's is one of my all time favorite stores. I can get the majority of my shopping done here, and I always save SO much. Their store brand is awesome and great quality. I especially like their brand chips and cookies. They taste even better than the real brands! And the granola bars! They recently renovated in Milford as well and it looks beautiful. The produce is now fresher because more of it is able to be refrigerated. The lines look long sometimes but they move super fast!! Its also December so long lines are expected. But they really move quickly and the employees are great. I'd love to work here and have applied but they don't have a store phone number to call right now because if covid, so my only complaint would be I wish I could call and speak to a manager about my application!! Not the stores...

This is my preferred place to shop for groceries. Aldi is a no frills experience designed to get shopper in an out as quickly as possible. Almost all "Aldi" branded items, but they a re truly better and preferable to many name branded items.

No Music! You need a quarter to borrow a cart that your get back at the end. No bagging - your order is put into a new cart almost as fast as you can unload.

For the most part awesome prices on shelf stable staples, but their meat and veggies can be hit or miss.

Here in July of 2022 supply chain issues are plaguing the whole industry and Aldi is no different.
