KFC — Restaurant in Milford

Came and ordered food for my large family and noticed when they parked me that they put coleslaw for some of the sides when I did not ask for coleslaw, I went inside so that they wouldn’t waste food making the order with coleslaw and to minimize any issues and make it easier for them and this one woman kept glaring at me while others helped me. we fixed the issue. I brought the food home to my family where they told me that the store had forgotten some food, I went back to the store with my receipt and I told them I just wanted to refund because at this point it had been too long and the person didn’t want the food anymore, I explained I was not upset in anyway and that I understand things happened. It’s just that I don’t want the food. I would prefer a refund. The woman that had been glaring at me, told me no multiple times that she was not gonna give me a refund, but she would make the food. I told her nobody will eat this food, so it’s a waste of my money. Then she walked away and started working again, ignoring me standing at the front counter for 10 minutes. During that time, she did not realize I speak portuguese and was talking badly about me and my boyfriend in portuguese saying we are lying and that i’m complaining. when she came back up i asked her to get a manager, she said she would and went and talked to a manager, then came back and asked me what the problem was. I told her no I wanna talk to a manager because you’re talking bad about me in Portuguese. she then twists it and says the manager is not there and there’s no manager on. Then i asked for the SM name and she told me the wrong name which i’m guessing was on purpose. Be careful!!! Someone might speak the language you’re talking badly...

I went to KFC in Milford tonight. Ordered a two pc dark. Sat down and realized it was a breast and drum. Took it back and they said they didn’t have any thighs in regular. I said I’ll take take crispy. She took the breast off my plate and put it back into the warmer and gave me a crispy thigh. So I guess they will serve it to someone else??? OMG Then I asked for butter for my biscuit. I was told management does not let them order butter anymore! I said “a biscuit with out butter? ) Omg ! She said sorry…. So I went back to the table. Started to eat my biscuit (we had ordered two meals), both of the biscuits were as hard as a rock. I went back up the the counter again and told them they were as hard rocks. She said “ too hard?” I then banged them on the counter….. they didn’t even break, I would have needed a hammer to break them. They gave me two more, they looked better. Sat down to finally eat. The mashed potatoes were barely warm and the biscuits were not cooked all the way through….like dough in the center 🙄😳 The coleslaw was good. I didn’t go back again to complain….. just wrote it off and will not be going back….

I hope the manager reads this and steps up his/ her game. ...

If I could give this kfc zero stars I would. Just moved here recently and this is probably our 4th visit here. Each time the service was progressively worse. We tried to give them multiple chances to redeem themselves. However, tonight was horrible. We waited 8 minutes to be waited in at the counter. The staff of three is more concerned about their drive up customers. I kept asking to be waited on and was told repeatedly “just a moment”! Finally placing our order, it was mostly wrong. Then the waitstaff argued with me that there is no side on a 2 piece combo however we ordered 2 other two pieces combos and got a sides. Showed her right on the receipt and still argued with me. The manager came over and said just give it to her. We ordered original and got extra crispy and they didn’t even bother to correct it. We have already googled another kfc to visit because this will be our last. Lastly tables and floors are greasy and there is a sock on the floor. Wish I could post a pic!...
