~I have tried this Thai place many times and multiple different dishes mostly because it is close to where I work. today's visit is why I am writing this review.
~First the price is completely unreasonable even for mill creek second their stars of spice goes from 1 to 4.. 4 being the hottest I have ordered 4 several times and every time it was negative spice... it was sweet.. aren't Thai places and isn't Thai food known for the hot peppers and spice?? what ever again my preference!! ~I had a smoothie ( which was excellent but not for $5.99.. but what ever) the appetizer of the fried egg rolls is $7.59 and mind you they are portioned into bite sizes which is unique but they were straight noodle.. I think i maybe got a carrot in one. and last
on the menu it describes the different types of fried rice... rhapsody fried rice which comes with broccoli and then veggie fried rice, I didn't want the broccoli or tomato not that I don't like them it is weird to have them in fried rice.. to me.. I picked the regular fried rice... supposed to be just regular straight fried rice.. and I selected the pork fried rice and the pork pieces were huge where you would need a knife to cut it into bite size pieces. that and the pork looked like it was boiled not...
Read moreEdit: April 2022. Within the past 10 months my partner and I have gotten the crispy garlic chicken, and we noticed that when we do takeout we normally receive 40% less than when we order and dine-in. After speaking with a person about our issue, they at first argued that it was due to the rising cost of containers, and so the business must compensate, but dine-in customers don't pay extra for that, so that argument is moot. After stating this, the order taker then let us know that the cook was shorting customers, and the cook is the one saying portions are the same. I will say that that is incorrect, because normally when we dine-in there's a heaping mound on our plate and our take out container is barely filled. We also left my contact information to hear back from a manager. After looking at other reviews, we noticed that this restaurant went under new management about 8-ish months ago, around the time we noticed our take-out container being less filled.
I feel the cook should listen to customers and measure out the same portions equally, because in reality that's all I want. I'm not asking for more than what we've been paying for.
Nothing against the food. The food was aaaaamazing! (The food deserves 4...
Read moreI ate at Thai Bistro last night and decided to come here and order the same thing to compare these two joints in my neighborhood. The food come out hot, yet was a smaller portion from last nights, but it was also a couple dollars cheaper... I take a bite and I’m instantly disappointed, how can the same meal taste so different? Absolutely no flavor I swear they watered down the sauce to make it last longer from the lack of customers??? Last nights meal was bursting with flavor and soaked in a nice heavy sauce. So here is how their service is... Super shity, I had to stand up and raise my hand like I was in high school again just to have someone come over and give me my check and sorry to mention this, but I was the only one in the restaurant.... The one good thing was the decor was cool, but unfortunately the seats looked like someone had vomited all over the backrest and the only thing I could think about was asking them if I could borrow some 409 spray cleaning with a towel so I could wipe down their booths for them.... ugh. I believe with this post they can improve things dramatically. I hope so for all you future guests. I won’t be...
