Really recommend this place if you're a first timer like me and need someone to trust through the whole process! Kay is the one!

Right when I walked in, Kay greeted me. She first helped me pick the right lashes that would look great in pictures because I was going on vacation. And I wanted them dramatic enough that I'd wouldn't have to put any mascara or false lashes on. She had multiple different types of lashes to pick from depending on your preference of look or feel. Once I chose mink(because I was familiar with it) , she gave me makeup remover for the eye makeup I had on . Then we headed to a private room that was super relaxing. She even had a blanket to keep me warm during the long process. I trusted everything she picked, from length and type of curl to the lash. Kay is a true pro!! After 2 diligent hours at my lashes she really pulled off an amazing look. She told me she's been doing lashes for 20+ years so I truly felt comfortable with her work. I almost fell asleep a couple of times ! And it looked phenomenal! I'm now on my 4th week with them about to schedule a refill ! They have withstood way more than I thought they would!

I am coming back and will probably be a loyal client until I can't justify the need for gorgeous lashes 24/7 ... but let's be real I'm...

Kay is the first esthetician to give me lash extensions! From this, I am certain that she is a true eyelash artist because she is detailed-oriented, accommodating, and personable. She had a look at my non-existent lashes and was upfront with me. With nearly bald eyelids, I didn't have much to work with in the first place. However, she was able to make something great out of (almost) nothing.

Throughout our session, Kay meticulously placed the lashes on me in ways where it would accommodate to my eye shape. Since my left eye has a slight droop than my right, she made sure that the lashes curled up, and that the curl would balance out my asymmetrical eyes.

Also, since my own lashes were very thin, she made helpful recommendations on which lashes are the best fit for me. She really took the time to assess my eyes, and was able to find the best way to provide beautiful volume to my eyes :)

I'm totally ready to wake up and not have to put on a full face of makeup. Thanks Kay, for saving me time in my day...

Tips: -arrive 20 minutes early to allow yourself time to park! -make sure you are well hydrated and go to the bathroom before hand -allow 3 hour window for parking, checking in, the service, and checking out -If you are doing eyelashes, shower before hand. you can't get the lashes wet for 48 hours -also, bring earphones and play an audiobook or music of your choice. you'll thank me later

It was my first time at Kay's and I'm glad it was recommended to me. Kay took her time to figure out what style lashes I wanted. I wanted the same length but more volume. She really took her time and the process took about 2 hours. I got them for my Hawaii trip and couldn't be more glad! I don't have to do any eye makeup and I don't have to worry about my lashes while playing in the water.
