Foot Locker — Local services in Millburn

If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would! Let’s begin with the in store experience. It took a while for me to be greeted or asked if I needed help. ( There were no other customers in the store at the time). One employee appeared to be on the phone and the others aimlessly having a conversation that did not involve sneakers.

I encountered three employees - A Caucasian male with glasses, black male with a stocky build , and Latino male that rung up my purchase. Not one of them checked to ensure the sizes matched. Which leads to a greater issue- me finding today that the shoes were - different ! I had 2 left shoes ! One shoe a size 4! Another shoe a size 2!

Moreover, I live in Philadelphia! 2 hours away! Aside from me needed the shoes tonight - when I contacted the store to share with them the problem. Justin ( Associate Manager supposedly) expressed he was unsure of the procedure when customers check out! I restated what he said to me and Justin goes on to say he is not the head manager. I asked when the head manager would be in- he proceeded to express he didn’t know !

The conversation continues and literally went no where ! I recommend training of all staff including those In management! I look forward to speaking with Ryan ( the head manager ) to resolve this issue and huge inconvenience!

Who would think that purchasing boots would be such a challenge 🤷🏾‍♀️! Either way - don’t waste your time patronizing this store. Go...

The staff at this store is completely disinterested in helping. They behave as if they are doing the customers a favor for pulling sizes out. And this is the experience when the store has like 4 customers in it with 5 sales persons. I had to keep walking up to 5 different persons to get them to bring out sizes. In the end I left because for each shoe I was spending 10 mins just to get my size to try. I would never recommend foot locker to any one. To make matters worse , hardly any sizes available in shoes you want. What’s the point of spending this rent money on a store if you don’t know...

I wish I can give this store ZERO stars. Bad costumer services. The cashier name (Navaeh)had a nasty attitude. My son asked her about the military discount that they offer and she just gave him attitude and basically refused to help him. Its a shame how you treat your costumers. I usually never leave bad reviews, but this time, the way they treated my son it was just a horrible experience. I will never never buying from this store again. And I will pass the massage until this store changes...
