If I can rate zero star, I would do that!! I orders this for my husband’s big day, even though his not a fan of perfume at all, I thought a sweet card would be nice and meaningful. I drove 40 mins to pick this up with a high expectation that my husband would be very happy when he saw the card (not the perfume). HOWEVER!! We never saw the card!!! I rarely ever leave bad reviews during this pandemic. But Jo Malone, wow. 2 people at a time in this store and you walk in, no one assists you, there’s no prices, and apparently there’s a “no touch” rule which they dont make you aware of when you walk in, nor are there any signs. I was told very loudly put down the candle when I picked one up to smell it. I guess that’s one way to get someone’s attention?? But yet, I can walk into Bloomingdale’s and smell the same candle. I received a perfume as a gift and went back to the store to exchange and my customer service experience was excellent! Both employees were really nice. Elizabeth g. Is the name on my receipt but the other young lady who was there was also extremely pleasant! Elizabeth was super helpful and when I explained to her I didn’t like strong scents she pointed me in the right direction to lighter scents. Well knowledgeable of what she is selling! There is a no touch policy but I don’t mind due to covid I think...
