But Jo Malone, wow. 2 people at a time in this store and you walk in, no one assists you, there’s no prices, and apparently there’s a “no touch” rule which they dont make you aware of when you walk in, nor are there any signs. I was told very loudly put down the candle when I picked one up to smell it. I guess that’s one way to get someone’s attention?? But yet, I can walk into Bloomingdale’s and smell the same candle. Is the name on my receipt but the other young lady who was there was also extremely pleasant! Elizabeth was super helpful and when I explained to her I didn’t like strong scents she pointed me in the right direction to lighter scents. Well knowledgeable of what she is selling!
