Where to start.. we recently purchased a new home and to get ahead of the furniture delivery timeline, we consulted with Shayna in-person and over the phone for a king-sized bedframe, nightstands and a dresser for our master bedroom. When delivery day came, the bedframe did not make it through our door trim into our master bedroom, despite multiple attempts/pivots/rotations by the RH delivery personel.
We called RH Short Hills and Joy (on-site customer service rep) and Shayna were quick to try to assist as best as they could've with both phone and video calls, all while the delivery personnel were still present. Shayna was able to find another bedframe with slightly shorter dimensions, and the following week our new bedframe made it through our bedroom. We truly cannot thank Shayna enough for her dedication the hours after our initial delivery attempt and into our second delivery.    Read moreShocked at the disgusting, arrogant, and callous attitude of the store manager Claire and incompetence of the designer Jamie. We needed furniture for a new home and they said this so-called designer Jamie was going to help us select products. This good-for-nothing designer wasted two months of our time coming up with useless and expensive suggestions. She would not listen to our feedback and behaved as if she was designing her home instead of the client's. When we asked to switch designers, the store manager, Claire, refused saying she had only one "gallery" level designer who could handle our project. She clearly was lying as there were at least half a dozen designers just hanging out doing nothing on the floor of the store.    Read moreI recently received a table and side table from rh, while both pieces are beautifully made with high quality materials, the side table had a bit a damage; I realized this shortly after the delivery. While it wasnât terribly large, it still caused a bit of consternation, given how my wife and I spent a decent amount of money; anyway, the customer service team is top notch, A+; specifically, Claudia Peña was able to adroitly and within an extremely short period of time solve the problem. I couldnât be happier, and she is def an asset to the rh team.
