We have been customers of Verizon Wireless for 30 years. We have shopped for our phones at corporate stores, privately owned, on-line and by phone. Sally is the absolute best Verizon representative I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. After hours through multiple days wasted dealing with Verizon’s Indian outsourced so-called customer support I had enough and decided to try a local store for help. Route 22 Verizon saw me walk in with my Fios routers and basically showed me the door. Told me to try another store down the road and they just told me to try another store.
