I recently had the pleasure of visiting Salt + Sage Hair Studio and had the talented Audrey work her magic on my hair. Let me start by saying that she completely exceeded my expectations and delivered exactly what I was looking for and more!

I have thick, dry hair, and I had some concerns about bleaching it. However, Audrey assured me that she would take a low process approach to minimize damage, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My hair looks absolutely beautiful, and she managed to achieve the perfect balance without compromising its health. I'm thrilled!

Not only is Audrey a skilled professional, but she's also a genuinely kind and fun person to be around. Despite booking my appointment last minute, she went out of her way to accommodate me and opened up her schedule. I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to ensure I got in.

Throughout the appointment, Audrey made me feel comfortable and engaged in friendly conversation. It felt like catching up with a friend rather than a regular hair appointment. She has a great personality and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.

I have been faithfully going to Audrey for 3 years! I have never in my life been able to find someone who would: 1: keep the integrity of my hair and 2: actually transform it and 3: color it without it looking exactly the same! She does balayage that is next level out of this world! I am actually a really big critic, I believe when it comes to services and spending your money you should use it extremely wisely and when things are absolutely worth it! I have not been disappointed any session of all of sessions. Having almost black hair to maintain a balayage, caramel brown and blonde tones with length is generally unheard of or reserved for people who are extremely wealthy! You have to trust the process you have to trust her and she won’t lie to you or give you unrealistic expectations to just get your money. She is friendly, kind, considerate and just a very genuine women who is just magical! I can’t rave enough, and please people don’t come expecting to get a cheap deal etc. that isn’t how life works, when people dedicate their life to a craft and are truly invested and provide outstanding results, do not negotiate or low ball them. Audrey is incredible! I recently moved to Salt Lake City from the East Coast and was sad to leave my long-time hair colorist and stylist. I had a few subpar haircuts here in SLC and was nervous to find someone to do my color. I have always gotten hairpainting/baylayage and really value natural-looking and easy to maintain color. I found Audrey through her phenomenal Google reviews, and I can attest they are completely accurate. She did a phenomenal job on my color AND cut.
