I went here about a week and a half/ 2 weeks ago. I want to start by saying for the most part- the ladies were very nice. And also, I used to get my lashes done routinely- but stopped two years ago. (The gal that didn’t my lashes was my friend but got pregnant and stopped doing them.) So I finally decided it was time to get them done again. But this was nothing short of a nightmare for my real lashes and eyes. I am not sure if they use a different glue- one that doesn’t need a cure for after they’re done applying them? But my eyes burned and were red- while I’ve never had my eyes burn so bad when I went to my friend, the redness would go away by the next day. It wasn’t the case here. So I went back because a lot of my lashes ha d fallen off. She fixed them and was nice about it (hence the two stars) but STILL I had the same problem. The only thing I can think of is she never used anything to cure the glue on my lashes. Unless there’s some certain glue that doesn’t require it that she used. So I called again and explained my situation- but the lady said just take Benadryl. This was in the morning and I was at work. I had told her I have gotten my lashes done before and have NEVER had this problem. I just called so they could remove them. But still, she said try Benadryl first. I gave up and just dealt with it on my own. A doctors visit, and zero of my lashes left. And very dry eyes. I spent 90 something dollars just to have bald eye lashes and problems. Unfortunate they don’t give refunds- even partial refunds. Can’t even fix my lashes now. And have to wait for them to grow back to even tempt to get them how I wanted them done in the first place. Just so disappointed. Please make sure they are curing your glue after they are done applying. They didn’t that in my case.

They were nice but I had a bad experience here.

I came here for a lash lift and tint and the results were quite bad. Very uneven and crinkled, many lashes not curled. Have never had this problem at any other place.

I contacted them asking for a partial refund and they refused, making excuses about how short my lashes are (again I have had this done other places many times before with no issue) and saying I could come in in 2 weeks and they would “try” to fix it. Problem is I am afraid to have them work on my lashes after last time. I don’t want my lashes ruined even more. They also said they couldn’t give me a refund because they spent time and effort on them, regardless of the outcome, as if I didn’t spend money on them. I feel taken advantage of, to be honest, because I paid for a service that was offered as professional but was not. And now I’m stuck with weird looking lashes and have to pay extra to have someone else fix them.

I can’t say how they do with extensions but I would go elsewhere for a lift.

**edited to add — I went to another place to have them fix the lashes and the results are wonderful and what I’ve experienced at every other place I’ve been to. I’ve included a pic showing how they looked when I left here (top) vs after I left at the place that fixed them (bottom).

DO NOT GO HERE! The girls are nice but the manager Anna Mai is completely rude and incompetent. I went here a couple of times and I have gotten charged different prices every time! They always try to charge more unless you speak up. Super sketchy! The pricing on the website is not accurate at all and they charge you more for paying with a card but I think is because then you have no proof of purchase and if something goes wrong you are screwed. Not only that but I just walked out and everything around my eyes is red! Not sure what tape they are using but is incredibly irritatin! Plus instead of filling in with long eyelashes I have weird super short eyelashes on there!!! Looks awful! The manager was yelling at me and couldn’t really understand her so I just gave up and left. Plus the lady that answers the phone is very rude...
