DO NOT GO HERE FOR BLEACH!!!!! I just wanted my roots to be blonder. I used to get balayage done at a great salon but it was expensive so I tried this place out. They said they had to do a full head of highlights/fouls, left the bleach in my hair for 3 hours and had me go under the heat so it was burning but I was too shy to say anything. After they rinsed it they literally started massaging bleach into my scalp (yes right after leaving bleach in for hours) and so needless to say, they either don’t know what they’re doing or thought badly of me and didn’t care about my hair. I have not been able to straighten it and it has been falling out so bad. I will probably never go to a salon ever again because of this. My hair is absolutely RUINED. They also charged me more than they quoted me. For ruining my hair. I was so upset....

Owner(s) should tend to welfare of the Millis, MA location. The ceiling tiles have stains from water damage, air ventilation system is clogged with soot & dust, and the client chairs have become increasingly uncomfortable over the past 3 years. While getting hair washed you can’t help but notice the “Growing” ceiling... it’s ALIVE. Not sure if it’s Mildew, Mold, or both. This can’t be safe for staff. A little pride of ownership would go a LONG way. I’d like to see the owner(s) take some responsibility for the air ventilation system by having it professionally cleaned. Kudos to the staff for providing superior cuts & services. If it wasn't for the A+mazing staff, I’d be going elsewhere. I encourage anyone with children to go elsewhere as it can’t be good to breathe...

Took my daughter for a hair wash and cut. She is a pre teen and was so excited to get a new style to start wearing her hair down, straight and wavy. The woman cutting her hair had no idea what she was doing. Technique was like nothing I have ever seen. She did not offer or ask about a blow dry, went home to blow dry and style and once her hair was dry my daughter immediately started crying. Her layers were extremely uneven, one side can’t even stay inside the pony tail. She can’t where hair down because it is so noticeably uneven and her friends asked her if she cut her own hair. I called and spoke to three different people after and none of them were very helpful. Will never go back.. sadly the prices are very high for the service that...
