This place is an absolute nightmare. The employees are incompetent and can't even take a simple order correctly. The new owner at the pizza station doesn't care about basic hygiene practices and doesn't bother to wear gloves. When I tried to address an issue with my sub, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior.

The delivery service is a joke - my order was almost two hours late and they brought me the completely wrong order. The driver couldn't speak English, and the employees on the phone were not only unhelpful but downright hostile, trying to blame me for their mistakes.

This pizza place has completely gone to the dogs. The quality of their food is terrible, their prices are outrageous, and their customer service is abysmal. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disaster of...

I'm so sad that Millis house changed owners. The service is terrible The food is not anywhere near how good it used to be. My wife just went there and ordered food for our bowling team ordered three subs two of them were supposed to be large one was supposed to be small and they're all the exact same size but they have to balls to charge more money for a large that isn't a large. Have been going here for the last 3 years will never go here again. Would rather pay the extra dollar and go to supreme down the street and get what I pay for. Shame on the new owners for ruining the good name...

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The place was disorganized and the staff seemed lost. They got my order wrong three times in a row and even when they finally got it right, there were still many mistakes and the quality of the food was really bad. It's clear that there have been significant changes in staff and management, as the quality has dropped noticeably. The prices are unreasonably high for the poor quality of food and service.
