Verizon — Local services in Millis

This Verizon retailer is excellent. I have been with Verizon for the past 20+ years and this store is the reason why I will continue another 20 years. My sales technician John was able to update and transfer numerous phones with no issues. His knowledge with the phones and technical issues is amazing. Another sales technician by the name of Tony also answered numerous questions that we had and was also very knowledgeable . Top notch!! We drove past 4 verizon stores to go here. Excellent reputation for customerservice and friendliness and knowledge.

Update - MARCH 21st 2022 Another visit for upgrade :-)

Once again I needed to upgrade a phone for a family member. I went to VR wireless in Millis once again. I called and was told that John is no longer at this location. I spoke to Jose. Jose was very helpful on the phone and answered many questions that I had. I arrived at the store with my daughter and she picked out her new phone. Jose made the process super easy and painless. He is definitely a professional! VR wireless is very fortunate to have Jose represent their company. I drove 24 miles to this location to get the upgraded phone. From where I work and where I live I passed over nine Verizon stores. It’s worth the trip. Every encounter I’ve had at the store has been such a positive encounter. Thank you vr wireless and thank you for having Jose represent your store. He is truly a remarkable ,intelligent ,and very nice person. He transferred everything over to the new phone explained everything to me in great detail. I will be back for an Apple Watch in a few months for a graduation gift and I’ll be back in a few months to upgrade my elderly parents flip phones....

I popped into this location after a not so great experience at a location in Framingham. I had the pleasure of working with Jose Diaz, who was extremely patient as I navigated through a phone upgrade. He was thorough and not only talked through all of my options, but provided a detailed breakdown of each cost scenario for me. He left no questions on the table (and trust me, I had a lot). He never got distracted as others entered the store and never made me feel rushed at all. I am so pleased with my experience at this location and with Jose - I will never go anywhere else! I went into this Store and there was 3 Employees. One Employee was taking care of an Older Gentleman and the Customer asked 5 separate times the same question (can he purchase the phone instead of making 24 Payments) and the Clerk NEVER answered him.

I need to replace my phone and my Employee asked to review my account and then spent 8 minutes spending TEXT MESSAGES on his Personal Phone and never got my account up because he was so interested in his personal conversation than to do the job he was being paid to do.

LEARN from my mistake, you are LIGHT YEARS ahead of the game driving to the Bellingham Store and not wasting your time in...
