I just had a fantastic shopping experience thanks to a tall young man named Patrick. He greeted me when I entered, quickly helped me find the product I was looking for and when the phone number lookup failed, he was the first CVS associate EVER to ask me for my email address so I could apply my extra care card discount. He updated my account with my correct phone number and was friendly and professional throughout....

Went into cvs for shampoo for my daughter, Debra was so friendly and helpful as soon as I entered the store. She greeted me with a hello, and asked if I needed any help finding anything. She brought me right to the correct area. She then proceed to show me where the ziploc bags were. I went into the store for 1 thing and left with 7 items. She made things very easy, made small talk and overall can’t say enough...

Would caution anyone looking to buy at home rapid Covid test kits for this cvs as I talked to one of their employees yesterday who confirmed they had them in. I asked if they would last for a bit or if I should come right in, he said they had some so I drove right over. He then proceeded to to tell me I had to wait two hours to purchase them.
