Even one star is too many here. This establishment has extremely poor customer service, the worst that I have seen in years. Please save yourself the hassle and go to an actual FedEx or UPS store for your shipping needs.

I dropped off a package to be shipped via FedEx on a Friday afternoon, and I was provided with a receipt and a tracking number. However, there there is no record of the tracking number and thus the package cannot be tracked on FedEx.com. I checked the tracking number the entire weekend and also on Monday, but no record. I call the FedEx customer service number, but of course they can't do anything without a functioning tracking number.

I call the store to ask if they can help me, as they were the ones doing the shipping and they were the ones that provided the tracking number. The person on the phone hangs up on me saying that I am not a paying customer and she needs to help only the paying customers in the store. I call back to speak with the owner, and he says the same thing, that if he helped every customer, he wouldn't have time to do anything else.

I now have a package that I paid extra to ship here (instead of a FedEx store), and it cannot be tracked. Please go directly to a FedEx or UPS store where you will at least have peace of mind of knowing where your package is and you can also call a customer...

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go to the Post Office for your shipping/mailing needs....I beg of you, use the Postal Center in Millis at the Roche Bros plaza. I have had so many nightmare issues with USPS, that I personally feel are unforgivable. P.O. Box refunds I had to fight tooth and nail for weeks to get. Insurance claim payment for a lost Christmas gift to my grandchildren I waited almost 6 months for. Most recently an overnight package of legal documents I sent overnight, that arrived 7 days later. STILL waiting on that refund. The folks at Postal center are knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and offer a huge variety of pricing for shipping as they work with all the major carriers. Today I worked with Jack, and he was so helpful, but honestly, all the employees have been wonderful. Plenty of parking, all the packing materials you need, great prices and convenient. They will now be my "go to" for all my mail/shipping needs, I suggest you...

You get your pick of carriers here plus everyone here is so kind and helpful. Deborah helped me ship out an item I was selling and was so thorough, patient, and careful about every detail. I really owe it to her that I didn’t get screwed over from an online buyer. She even left me a little ornament gift to make me feel better when she heard I had been scammed. A real gem and proof that people make a difference in the world, even in this tiny little shipping center.
