New to the area. We walked into an empty restaurant and were greeted with an angry woman, stating, ”I am here alone, everyone is on vacation”. We should have left immediately. We ordered a few items, one of which was basil beef. When the dish arrived she stated, “here is your beef with mushrooms”, quickly correcting herself with, “ no, basil beef”. It was obvious this had NO basil and only contained beef, mushrooms and snow peas. So I asked, “ Is this basil beef?”, when she quickly responded with a yes. I was hungry and ate it. Please stay away from this place. The customer service here is extremely poor. I ordered $70 food with a plate of sweet and sour chicken. When I got my order, the sweet and sour of over $10 was not included, instead chicken fingers of $7 has replaced it. When I called to complain, the woman said “well you must have already opened the order so we can’t take it back.” And then hung up on me. I called her back to explain to her and see if I can just return the order of chicken fingers. I received a gift certificate for this place. Maybe I just haven't had much egg drop soup but I couldn't get past the consistency. It was so glutunous . But they were nice & changed for wonton soup. Broth was excellent. Wontons were ok. I got a lunch Kung POA meal & my daughter got beef with broccoli. It was pretty good. * My main issue was there was a hair in one of my friend wonton chips & a hair on the chicken I ordered.
