Update: I did receive a full refund. However, I will still not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
Today, 8-23-25, at 4:02pm, the time of the confirmation email, which I will keep, I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app. At 4:19pm, which I will keep, I received a text saying my order would be delivered at 4:33pm and I did not receive it until 4:46pm and then another text at 4:48pm saying the driver confirmed the delivery. That would be a time frame of approximately 25 min AND my order was delivered in a non insulated bag. Which I noticed immediately. When I opened the pizza it was cold and hard. The wings were cold and hard as well and did not have hardly any garlic parmesan sauce. The brownie was ok. I should have read these reviews before ordering or I would not have ordered anything due to seeing a lot of them saying similar issues they have had over the past few MONTHS. One would think after all these months these issues would have been fixed. Order #86434663 (which has all my contact information) I am sure I'll get a response saying please contact us for more information, which I have already given, to see how we can make it better for "next time". Read moreI wish i could do negative stars. I had an order on 3/15/25 my order took over an hr to arrive. When i called to ask about my order she told me she didn’t have any delivery drivers & was using doordash and couldn’t do anything about how long its been and hangs up on me. I called again and asked why she hung up on me when she didn’t even bother to ask my order number or have some type of concern that my order has taken over an hr and it still says they are waiting on my order, she hung up on me again. So i called again and asked for her name and managers name and she said she was the manager and she couldn’t give me that information i also asked for a refund and to cancel the order because at this point we are all tired of waiting for a pizza that’s supposed to been here. Read moreWorse customer experience ever. My wife and I ordered a to go order on a Sunday. Luckily this place wasn't busy so our order did not take long. When I arrived, I went inside and saw that my order was not finished yet, not the end of the world. I was happy to wait for hot and fresh pizza. When asked for my order name, I said "oh it looks like it's not done just yet, happy to wait." to which the guy over the counter responded back so extremely rude, that I didn't even want to wait! Once my pizza was done, he couldn't even be bothered to get off his phone and look where he was going. The entire time he was getting my pizza out of the warmer to my hands, he was just deep into his phone screen. Worse experience of my life. Usually these things don't bother me and I understand working for a fast food place sucks, but it costs nothing to be nice...
