Ameline Shoppe — Local services in Milton

Just stopped by with my husband and two daughters and was not greeted or treated like I imagined this "UPSCALE" boutique would. The lady inside had her dog running loose in the store to which my 5 and 3-year-old daughters responded naturally by trying to greet her pet but she kept telling them to be careful with him. They have two small sofas and tables beside the sofas. My husband who was carrying 2 cups of coffee from the next-door cofee shop, set them on this table to not cause an accident or spill and he was told by the lady to remove them from the table because she was decorating for an event. If you are going to have a pet inside your store, you have to understand you might have clients coming in with small children so, if you are not okay with your dog being treated nicer than we were, then put it away or leave it at home. Maybe, she saw we were Hispanic and thought we couldn't afford her clothing that is made in China. If I would have seen a sign outside that said " NO OUTSIDE DRINKS/FOOD", I would have left the coffee in my car. I believe a classier way of asking to move the coffee cups would be to offer an alternative placement of them instead of making my husband carry them.
