I would give this place zero stars if I could for their horrible scheduling and customer service. I wanted to try someplace new so scheduled an appointment at 4:30 for a bang trim. Unfortunately I came five minutes late due to some issues with getting a ride to the salon. I fully understood that it was my fault for being late so I did not say anything when they asked me to wait a maximum of thirty minutes. Since I was dropped off, I walked to get coffee and came back after exactly 30 minutes. I then get told that I won’t be getting an appointment at all because they miscalculated when I could be squeezed in. If I had been told before I waited thirty minutes that my lateness meant I couldn’t get an appointment then sure, by all means, I would’ve walked out quietly. However, the blatant disregard for my time being wasted is what earned them this review. When I calmly complained about the unfairness of the situation, I was told that my tardiness was the reason why this happened which would have been valid had I not waited for so long. If it had just been the scheduling mistake, I honestly wouldn’t have written a review because I don’t write reviews and I like to give the benefit of doubt. However, blaming me even after I waited is what really got on my nerves. Even if the bang trim is complementary (which is what they offered, I was fine with paying), the customer service I received from the girl at the desk was frustrating and showed a blatant lack of respect for my time. This was my first time at the salon. I loved the inside. It looks like an old house and is really cool looking and they have tons of really good products. It was very busy and people were all I over the place, however that could be because of the Holidays. They were awesome and really helped me out. I originally went to the wrong salon.I went to the one in John's Creek and needed to be in Alpharetta. It took me thirty minutes to drive there and because I was going to be late, I couldn't keep my appointment with the girl I had scheduled it with. They didn't have any other openings, and I had to be at work by four, so I couldn't take a later appointment. Well, they told me to come on anyway, and they actually got another stylist, who stayed late just to cut my hair. That was awesome, and I was very appreciative. The receptionist staff was all extremely nice and accommodating as well as very friendly. The hair wash felt great and was very relaxing. I got a deep conditioner, which really made a big difference. I like my haircut, and the gal who cut it ( i'm afraid I don't remember her name) did a great job however she didn't have a lot of recommendations, tips or pointers for me, which is what I'm sort of used to. The concierge team are so welcoming! When I first walked in! So friendly! All of the front team are the best! My stylist Tonilynn was amazing! My first time at Muse salon in Milton was exceptional! Tonilynn listened so patiently to the color I was looking for. She knew exactly what I was looking for and how to achieve it. She’s so patient, reassuring and talented! . She is phenomenal with her skills as an artist and creating what a beautiful look and color. Can we say Hello Summa time! Because my warm blonde with root smidge she suggested is just what O wanted! ! I loved all her suggestions and let me tell you she worked a miracle from a bad color I got somewhere else.
