Updated for manager messages Warning to all Uber eats customers and drivers. They are very disorganised, I arrived and they weren’t even aware they had an order. Definitely not up to standards.
Update response to manager message1. just so you can all see how mutch this managers honesty is worth here are the facts. See attached picture. 1 Drove for 11 min to get to them, so they had plenty of time to either make the order or contact the customer/ driver as they are supposed to. 2 waited 12 min not 5 as he claims gps does not lie people do. 3 Nothing I said was false was it? Was order ready?= No Did you recognize the order when I told you about it? = No, you said we don't have any Uber eats orders. I had to show you the order. 4 Is this up to standards?= For me and Uber eats No. If not for you either then why not apologize and promise to do better?. 5 If you had not have rushed the Customers order to the front ( enthisis on Customers order not mine) as you are supposed to when you make a mistake, Then I would have canceled as I rightfully could have. Everyone else's time is just as valuable to them as yours is to you.
Remember mistakes are only valuable if you learn from them. However I will honor your request to never come back as I do learn from my mistakes.
These are hard times we need to get through this together, you don't need to make it harder by getting defensive when you should be disappointed in your own performance. Drivers are not responsible for technical or kitchen issues.
FYI Former Mcdonalds manager here who has experience with the Uber eats app as a restaurant partner. So I know how it works and what restaurants are supposed to do in those cases. You should too.
Second response Yet again instead of a honest attempt to resolve the issue another defensive, untruthful, disingenuous response.
I really hope you learn from this. Next time just ask the reviewer to email you to give you a chance to resolve the issue. Don't get defensive and attack them.
Your actions have ensured this review will stay up forever. My reviews are honest and are not changed unless I believe the issues have been resolved. I will not respond to any further message from you as I do not believe you can be reasoned with.
I gave you 2 chances I really tried to help improve things, However you obviously still do not see the real issues and have proven you do not value feedback.
You are right about one thing those employees are dependent on you, so next time do better. Unless you really think this was the best result of this experience, when you did not know about a customers Uber eats order?.
This was my worst experience ever dealing with the owner/ manager of a buissnes.
FYI I own my own business and have over 9000 reviews with 97% positive feadback. Also I have created hundreds of google reviews, fortunately more than 90% are 5 stars. That's because they don't try to blame drivers for their mistakes, they value us and their customers as well as are feedback. Maybe you should too. Not for me or even yourself but for your employees. Good luck your...
Read moreI was visiting my eye doctor and he recommended it because he visits often. Since I was over in the area I decided I can check it out. It was not busy at all. I noticed they have the Happy Hour from 3-6 pm and I got there around 2:15. There was an older guy who greeted me but didn’t help me, he seem confused or lost, not sure. I asked since I was new and I didn’t want a big sandwich would they be willing to let me do the happy hour early, but obviously as the young guy, Dusty said he couldn’t because it was a set button in his system. No problem that wasn’t my point. So I ordered the Ultimate which didn’t allow me to order as half. The young guy had trouble remember what I wanted removed and added as I emphasized several times I did NOT want Mayo. Over $10 for this sandwich for only the sandwich.
I noticed when Dusty was taking my order with gloves on he wiped his face more particular his nose. I then asked was he going to be preparing my sandwich once he replied yes I told him I saw he touched his face and nose and needed him to change gloves.
As my sandwich is being made, I then asked because no one asked me can I have wheat bread, in which the white was changed to wheat bread.
I ate my sandwich and was very underwhelmed for the price. The meat which included, Turkey, ham and roast beef was very bland and watery tasting. It was loaded with lettuce and oil. The pickles had no taste and could barely taste the mustard.
Overall I was not impressed with the service or the food, although it was recommended and looked...
Read moreI was excited to here that there was a sandwich shop that has opened in Milton. But I was very disappointed in the experience. The employees don’t listen thoroughly in what you order. If you have any allergies I highly recommend NOT going here. for your safety it’s better to just avoid this place. My girlfriend has a dairy allergy and she told the cashier 3 or more times to please not put cheese on the Italian sub. Each time the cashier just disregarded the request, that’s why she said it as many times as she did. When she got the sandwich she even checked to see if there was any but didn’t see any. Just to find out they put it on the bottom underneath some toppings, almost like they meant to hide it. Luckily after a few bites she did realize it had cheese and didn’t eat the whole thing. Hopefully they hire cashiers who actually listen but unfortunately I WILL NOT be...
