Vice Steak bar — Restaurant in Milton

They have only been open 3 weeks, overall it was a good experience. We were actually going upstairs to dine until we smelled the wonderful smells in the lobby and popped in to see the place and stayed. The sweet chili chicken wings were fantastic as an appetizer. 5 stars for the great wine selection with many choices depending on how much you want to spend. I ordered the steak frites, my steak was great, very flavorful. The fries were a little too small and overly crispy for my liking. My husband ordered the ribeye, not sure it’s your typical ribeye cut of meat. It was cooked perfectly and tasted good but it was chewy, would expect better quality from a ribeye. We sat at the bar and had wonderful service, I should have asked names, but the gentleman working last night especially was super knowledgeable and on top of things. The atmosphere looks the part. The reason I give it 4 stars for atmosphere is that it is super loud in the dining room. May need to add some drapes or something to the walls to calm down the noise level some. Vice Steak Bar is new and exactly what the Milton area needed. The venue has two patios, a fantastic bar, a wide open dining area, a private dining room for bigger parties, and I always appreciate a place where you have view into the kitchen. The restaurant itself is well kept, you can always judge a place by their bathrooms and theirs is stunning! The food is farm to table and the quality shows. The cocktail menu has a fun take on some traditional drinks and some new modern ones too. The wine list is impressive for a fun date night or big life celebration. My favorite about of my experiences there is by far the hospitality. This place goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and they truly look forward to seeing you again soon. I had the opportunity of visiting Vice Steak bar with 4 of my friends for dinner a few weeks ago. What a great experience! We sat in a beautiful booth near the bar area. Richard was our server. Love him!! He walked us through the menu in detail and gave us several fantastic wine recommendations. We had the bone marrow which was very tasty and the oysters to start, I had the Picanha steak which melted in my mouth with several sides. The pimento Mac and cheese was almost too rich....we could barely finish it. We ended the dinner with a chocolate mouse and a cheesecake.
