When my Windows XP crashed things things were starting to fry out in my tower after 24 years, I had that tower built by Milwaukee PC, impressed and very happy with it 2 hard drives burned out in that time (that's unheard of for a computer)

Time to purchase a new tower of course I knew where I was getting it built @ Milwaukee PC I just had major back surgery and I could barely walk they were gracious enough to walk my old tower into the building and break the bad news to me my old tower was gone

So for a second time I had them build me a tower, I'm very happy very impressed it was done less than a week I had major stomach surgery in the same year so in between the surgery I was picking up the new tower they were gracious enough to take it out to my van, I was having problems with the new DVD burner I gave them, I dropped off the unit they switched it out with a new one problem solved quickly.

My friend told me to go to Milwaukee PC he felt that the better parts service and product then Best Buy he & I heard of all the horror stories from Best buy customers we know Best decision I ever made was to come to Milwaukee PC easily over 15 years I've been going to them Thank you gentlemen for the amazing service I've always worked with South 27th Street they never failed me. My apologies guys I know I was miserable when I came in there because of my two surgeries bless you both for being so patient with me especially when I ended up back in the hospital and couldn't come for a week or two to pick up my tower I highly recommend this store 10 star...

I Originally brought my laptop to Brookfield Best Buy Geeksquad. That is were I purchased the laptop. They had it for almost 2 weeks before they called me and informed me the issue and it took another 2 weeks for them to fix it and me to get it back! I am a Photographer so it made me extremely behind getting my galleries out. 32 days after I got it fixed it had issues again. I brought it back and they refused to even look at it without my paying the initial fee! Apparently it was 2 days past any warranty date with them. Seeing as this laptop isn't even 2 years old and I spent a lot of money with them I was livid! I ended up bringing it to Milwaukee Pc-South where Jason told me since its the Friday before Labor Day he will get to it first thing Tuesday. I got a call on Wednesday with all the information needing to be done and he could have it fixed the following Tuesday. He called and updated me that Tuesday that their was another part needed and he will have it ready the next day. The next day he was true to his word and he called me it was done. He kept in contact with me and was extremely fast! The bill was less than I had to pay Geeksquad! I appreciate Jasons help and his quickness in getting this handled for me. I highly recommend Milwaukee Pc....

I bought a pc in February and after this last month and a half I have no second thoughts or buyers remorse, and haven't experienced a single problem! If anything I realize what a beast of a computer this is and wanted to leave a review to share how painless the process was.

I started with a lower tier model in their catalog of builds and after doing some research I decided I wanted to change out some of the hardware... Infact I ended up changing everything inside and out to unique upper tier build. I have to say Trey was AWESOME during this process in terms of explaining the ups and downs of things making sure everything I switched out was compatible and/or recommended things that would help with compatibility. He even helped me locate a specific motherboard I was set on! The build itself was a VERY quick turn around.

This being my first computer build I know I had to have been an annoying customer with all my questions and changes throughout the process but Trey was extremely patient, knowlegable, and helped me through every step without fail. I highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for a powerful pc!...
