Well well well. I I mean like I’m a big fan of Subway but this service at this subway I really gotta say is horrible. Let’s first talk about the lettuce that they didn’t have. I mean what Subway in the world does not have lettuce. I mean that’s like the first thing you put on every sandwich is like lettuce. I’m surprised they didn’t have bread. And then everything that me and my girlfriend wanted on our sandwich was in the back like what the hell do you have in the front? She’s like Miguel Miguel bring the mail like she didn’t have mail upfront and then she said do you know who I am? I’m the manager and I said wow you really manage this place bad and then she started swearing and cussing and she’s like if you don’t like it that I don’t have no lettuce in my establishment you can go somewhere else. I don’t have to serve you and I said wow I wonder what your boyfriend thinks. I don’t have a boyfriend I know I was just messing with you because with that attitude, I do not know how you are ever in customer service and then she started cussing about other customers and it was just a horrible experience and I think she needs counseling. Not to mention when I asked for a little bit of Southwest sauce she put a whole bunch and ruined the whole sandwich as you can see in my pictures when I’ve been into it. It squirted all over like who wants a mouthful of southwest sauce all I wanted was a little bit. This girl is horrible but all in all the guy in the back that brought out the mayo and banana peppers Mr. Miguel he was pretty cool on Miguel. But the vulgar language she used was very inappropriate. So after all of her complaining and treating us like bad customers, we ended up getting to the table with our food cold and it’s supposed to be toasted Like I’m sorry your life is so horrible that you have to treat customers like that. Read moreBeware, I definitely would not recommend this subway.I walk in this store at 8:30 pm 30 minutes before they close. It was the worst Possible service i received in a long time. Ironically the person who i received the service from later identified herself as the manager. Who refused to give me her name because said she didn't have to. And didn't have a name tags on. Just disgusting !She was very unprofessional and rude. Kept staring at the clock rushing me when they had a whole thirty minutes left to close. As I placed my order She began to slap my meat on the bread, as if she was Irritated that I was placeing a order. As she starts to prepare the doritos bowl she put a 1/2 of pack of Doritos in a twelve inch container I asked was that standard and she said yes Per corporate,very snippy said If you don't want it I'll throw it away. I replied they don't even give you a full bag And she slammed my nachos in the garbage. Still waiting for the refund and I am astonished a learn no manager is there on a daily basis for a food operation such as subway. One lady was nice -Mena .. the other girl was snotty and just rude.
