I purchase uniform pants from this location and filed a complaint twice and no follow-up call or email as of yet. I have been shopping here for over 8yrs and have never been treated this way. I showed them a sign they had up that said 2 or more $5 each. I was charged full price for two pairs and a shirt and Chapstick came to $40 bucks and some change. The young lady called someone who said they were in charge but couldn't make calls or shots to tell me they cannot honor that sign because someone set it there and she is not management. She left for the day. I called customer service as soon as I left and sent this picture and no one has called yet. I called again two days ago and they said no one said they said no one told me that and now they will have someone call me and again, I am still waiting. My question is, why would you leave someone who doesn't have management training or skills in charge and cannot serve their customers? This is most definitely an example of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest! This was the last time I will ever shop at this location. I work at Kohls and ran the front end at Walmart and we are taught always to serve the customers and they come first! That is what you call providing outstanding...
Read moreToday I went into the store on South 27th Street in Milwaukee and was greeted by a very nice lady, Marcia. Right away she asked if I needed help and I told her I was looking for a New Year's Eve outfit for the first time in over 2 decades. She showed med some great pieces to consider. So after picking out a few more items, I headed to the futting room where I was greets by Christine. Christine informed me that I could only take 3 items in at a time but kept my remaining items right outside the door. Christine was very helpful with taking the items that I didn't want as I tried them on to allow doe me to take more items to try on back into the fitting room. It only did she help with that but she gave me some great tips as to which pieces looked good with which. I really appreciate the patience and time that Christina and Marcia gave. I will return to Rainbow because of the customer service I received today and of course the awesome selection and prices. Thanks...
Read moreI love the selection of clothing here for both women and children.i enjoy coming into a clean location however the staff for some reason is always rude:( and quick to rush you out of their store. It is not all the time but I have come twice to this location 20 minutes prior to their closing time and they are already locking the doors, letting people out. Yelling in the store that they are closing, giving attitude to the customers,being rude sadly. Sometimes not directly to me but other customers. I understand they must announce that they are closing but they don't do it in a professional manner. The staff talk about the customers loudly again not directly about new but what I have observed everytime at this specific location.
