Second time ordering from this location and second fail. First time was through door dash and ordered a burger and wedges, there was no bacon that we paid for, and a wild chicken sandwich with fries and the gave us a bun with a piece of chicken, no fries or anything on the sandwich that said came on it. Door dash declined any refund saying it didnāt qualify, fine, tried calling the store multiple times, canāt get through. Ordered last night through the actual website, got 15 boneless wings and 5 tenders and large fries in desert heat, and multiple sauces. The wings had sauce on them, but was not the mango habanero that we ordered and was instead we think a BBQ? The chicken tenders we ordered were supposed to have 5, only got 4, and we didnāt get any sauces at all. I tried calling the store last night and it gives you the BW3s message and a recording etc, tells you someone will be with you shortly. Then a message comes on saying āweāre sorry, no one is available to take your call, please try again laterā. I called about 9 times last night, then just thought maybe they were busy on a Saturday night so Iād call today. Iāve called 15 times and same thing. No one answers and there is no way to get ahold of anyone. Either their phones are ābrokenā or people just donāt answer (which I have seen when weāve been in there, people ignoring the phone ringing). This is now $70 on food that isnāt right, isnāt being checked apparently, and no way to get in touch with a human being aside from going there which I am unable to do at this time which is why weāve had to order delivery. I would strongly avoid ordering from here for delivery, but we also have had issues when weāve been there. I know places mess up but the fact you cannot call anyone is insane. We have been there inside multiple times and it never fails we get the wrong sauces on our wings and they have to remake them, and then they do correct it but itās just always something with this place. One time our boneless wings were definitely sitting under a warmer and then thrown in sauce as they came out within a few minutes of ordering and were cold, and we were told they would remake them. The bartender came back with them not even 2 minutes later and said āwe zapped them so they should be warmer nowā - meaning they microwaved them rather than making us new ones like they said. We just ate them and paid our bill and left. We never go on a weekend or during sporting events, itās always been on a weekday and weāre typically some of the only people there. Just definitely a continued pattern with this place not making food correctly, but it is extremely frustrating and disappointing that you cannot get ahold of anyone over the phone. Maybe...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen we showed up at this restaurant we waited for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged us and when someone finally did attempt to seat us she looked around at a mostly empty restaurant (there were only three tables with people at them) for about two minutes trying to figure out where to sit us.
That should have been my cue to leave. But nevertheless we wanted some wings and we were hungry. So we went to the table she pointed us to and sat down.
About ten minutes later she came to the table and got our drink order, which took another five minutes for 3 mountain dews and a water. Not the end of the world, but the fact that we still havenāt been given menus had me wondering how well this was going to go.
The next time we saw our waitress, about five minutes later, I asked if we could get some menus. Her response was that we should scan the QR code and place our order that way. Okā¦.so we did. Order placed.
Then we waited.
And waited.
And waited.
After about 30 minutes I got the attention of another server there to see if she could see about how much longer our order would be, because we had a 2 year old who was hungry and on the verge of completely melting down because he was hungry. She came back out after a few minutes and told us that our order ticket just got printed and they were putting it together.
So we sat there waiting and hopelessly trying to entertain a hangry two year old.
So after seeing food orders for just about every table come out for people who got there after us I asked if there was a manager I could speak with. I was told she would be out in a couple minutes.
Three more tables got their food in the meantime. The restaurant was probably a third of the way full by now.
The manager finally came out to speak with me, and I told her about the experience so far and told asked if we were going to receive our order anytime soon. She said that she would go and see why our order hasnāt been brought out yet, because at that point we had been there for over an hour. I told her that if it wasnāt coming out in the next minute or so that we were going to have to leave and go elsewhere because the two year was in full meltdown mode and approaching thermonuclear status.
We waited another five minutes and after seeing two more tableās food come out we left and went next door to Panda Express.
Thankfully they had some food for us and especially the two year old, because if not, then I likely wouldnāt be here to leave this review.
Avoid this restaurant...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy food was good and my server was very nice however he looked he was wearing different hats. I did 1 star though due to bring treated tertible by a rude hostess and a toxic manager Mike who literally had a melt down. The hostess/server was trying to seat us . There are 3 adults(one who is 9 months pregnant and 3 days past due date) a 7 year old and a 1 year old and she wanted to sit us at a high table that obviously would not accomodate a high chair . We expressed that we wanted to sit at a booth and were told we cant because of the rotation of servers and that this was their policy. She went to the manager and he came over as we were standing at the table and proceeded to also tell us thats the policy walked away and left us standing there. I then went to the front of the restaurant and he rudely said just go ahead and sit there. We told him his customer service was terrible and he replied with "if you dont like it go somewhere else" as he was having some type of meltdown. I asked someone who worked there if he is always that way and their reply was pretty much. We stayed because the kids were hungry and the server was at least nice. If your leadership is toxic that will carry over to other employees . This would explain why the hostess was ok with being so rude and on a Friday night the restaurant 3/4 empty and would also explain why the bartender was our server and why this toxic manager had to help kitchen staff make orders. I also want to give Kudos to another server Angel who kindly helped his collegue take care of our table with refills and a desert woth no expectations of a tip to which we tipped our server and him. He should be recognized for his great attitude and his great customer service- maybe if he was the manager you would have enough staff and more customers. I have never in my 52 years been treated so poorly as I was by Mike and trust me when I say that if my grandkids werent hungry I would have taken Mike's advise to spend my 100.00 somewhere else (by the way there was a bit more of Mike's bad service and bad attitude that I omitted due to this already being long. As an owner maybe you should start paying attention to all the bad reviews about rude management and staff-and hire a dedicated bartender and hostess just...
