New management, same terrible service! I have been avoiding this place like the plague because of the really bad previous experiences I’ve had here. They usually get my orders wrong and their service is REALLY bad. Today, however, I was in a hurry to feed the family so I decided to take a chance and ordered online. I got the email about 20 minutes later telling me the order was ready (it was about 5:30p). I get there at 5:45p to pick up the order and… they hand me the wrong order. When I tell the guy this, he apologizes and tells me it’ll be 5 more minutes. So… I wait. 15 minutes later, this guy, who I’m pretty sure was the manager, is nowhere to be found and I’m still waiting for my order. I flag down a young lady to ask her how much longer for my wings and she tells me they’re coming out in 5 minutes. I tell her that’s what they told 15 minutes ago so now, clearly irritated, I ask to speak with her manager. This girl looks me dead in the face and tells me she’s a manger. So I say ok, tell her my complaint, and then ask her if I could at least get an order of crazy bread just for the inconvenience and the wait. She says nope. So, I ask to speak with HER manager. Again, she looks me in the face, and this time with a real smug smile she says, he’s busy. I asked her several times, and each time was the same answer. I had no choice but to grab my food and leave because I had kids waiting for the food.
I’ve had it with this place. My only hope is that someone in ownership gets to see this. This branch has been absolutely horrendous since it’s opened. Read moreI was a customer at this location at approximately 3:00-3:05 pm on 12/12/2023. I attempted to place an online order for a deal I had received. However, I encountered an error message instructing me to call the store. Upon trying to call, I found that the phone line was not working. Since I was not far away, I decided to drive to the location.
Upon my arrival, I waited for about 8 minutes until a manager named Rueben called someone to assist me. Five minutes later, another manager named Ashley came to the front. I explained the issue with my online order, and she informed me that the online ordering system was currently malfunctioning. When I inquired about placing an in-person order, she suggested going to another store instead. Assuming she might be having a bad day, I asked to speak with her manager. However, she stated that she was the general manager and walked away before I could complete my sentence.
I remained at the location for an additional 2 minutes, trying to find someone to contact regarding the treatment I received. A young African American lady approached and asked if I had been helped. I explained that I had not and expressed my desire to speak to a general manager. Before she could respond, Rueben instructed her to return to work making pizzas instead of assisting me.
I then asked Rueben for his and Ashley's names, but he ignored my request. (I had to contact corporate to obtain their first names for this review.) Currently, I am awaiting contact from the district manager regarding this treatment.

Read morethis was the worst experience i’ve had literally ANYWHERE. i’m not one to complain and i get that stuff happens but this was beyond unacceptable. ordered one italian cheese bread through the mobile app at 8:02PM and was told by the app that it would be ready at 8:50-8:55PM. no big deal at all it happens, places get busy. i get there and there’s a line of people OUTSIDE. not a line that reaches to the outside but every single customer standing outside. i get to the door to be told by multiple customers that they locked the customers out. the “open” sign is still on and the employees are looking at us from behind the counter. a gentleman who was waiting for his food asked if we were getting any food or a refund only for some middle aged white jackass (i’m assuming to be the manager) yelled: “COME BACK TOMORROW!” the customer then asked how they would know who to give refunds to only for that same jackass to scream at us to go away. i totally get that nowadays people are understaffed or run out of certain items but how this whole situation was handled is ridiculous. my issue isn’t that the doors were closed early, my issue is how management escalated the situation. at this point little caesars needs to either get their act together or shut down. i’ve seen similar situations happen at other locations (locations on chase and s 77th) and i swear it wasn’t like this a few years ago so it sucks to see this place go downhill especially since they have decent pizza for a cheap price. have no clue if ill get a store credit or any sort of refund but i guess...
