So, i just ordered and got delivered from geubhub. I wrote in the description that i didnt want walnuts with the honey walnut shrimp becuase im allergic to all nuts. When my food came and the shrimp was all over the place with walnuts i was upset. I called and told them about it. The lady who answered told me that the shrimp entree comes with the walnuts already and there os no way to take them out. I understand that completely. I get it. I work in food service and there is. O way to change stuff that comes premade. I would have liked that the person preparing my food give me a call to let me know that they could not take out walnuts. I would have gladly ordered something else in the same price range. But they didnt do anything, they just prepared my plate like normal and sent it off. Now im stuck with food i cant eat. Read moreWent and bought two plates. The restaurant was busy with lobby orders as well as delivery pick ups. An Asian woman took our order and then put the to go containers stacked up by the register and walked away to attend to a phone call. I tried to call her to ring us up and she mumbled something and walked away. I tried to get the Hispanic female working the drive thru to help us since she was finishing the order for the people behind us and she didn’t care either. No one was at the register. Then the people behind us got their order completed and food was also stacked behind ours. We couldn’t get any employee to check us out so we could leave and eat our food at home. It sat getting cold. Finally a female employee came from the back since I waved to her and rang us up. I was ok to wait when we got there because it was understandably busy but to wait after my order was taken for almost ten minutes and watch the food stacked up was unacceptable. Read morePanda Express is a fast food Chinese restaurant. As such, the menu is limited but there is enough variety so that anyone looking for "Chinese" will find something they enjoy. Unlike so many other similar restaurants, Panda's food has flavor. The vegetables have not been cooking for hours (sorry Wong's Work); they are firm and have taste. The prices are reasonable. A "bowl" plus one side and a drink will run roughly a buck more than a McDonald's meal. For example a bowl of chow mein noodles and King Pao chicken + a drink is less than$8. (The King Pao is spicy and has real peanuts. It is easy access for the handicapped and there is outdoor seating. The only difficulty is getting there. It is at the north end of the strip mall across from Kohl's. This can be very busy area during prime...
