Perfect Example of Cause & Effect: Lost OVER $200,000.00 in revenues. EMPLOYEES have fallen in work ethics..to a BIG ZERO. Customer Service is LITERALLY NON-EXISTENT. Seems teenagers run your restaurant as though No Rules or guidelines of what is expected from each employee exist.
Cause:(MAJOR) NO GUIDELINES NO TRAINING.
ALL EMPLOYEE'S NEED Customer Service Training.
Management NEED to have a SUPPORT SYSTEM available in dealing with any changes that will be implemented. Managers and Supervisors seem defeated with frustration.
Taco Bell is a Great Fast Food/Restuarant Chain. I hope you don't fail the community nor your Team. Give them the opportunity to be successful in life. Educate how the world of business success starts. Its a Team effort. Use your COOPERATE resources to establish a great relationship with the community again.

Read moreI have mixed feelings about this taco bell... I have really great experiences there sometimes, and really terrible experiences other times. I think it depends on who is working there. I go to this Taco Bell about every other day or so (I work nearby) to get a Baja Blast and a Chalupa. It's kind of been a grab bag of quality of service. There are certain girls there who recognize me and I can talk to them and my order is correct and fast and delicious! But sometimes I feel like I'm imposing on the cashier by daring to think I could make an order, Then I will confuse whoever it is taking the order because it's too complicated to order 2 sodas and 1 Chalupa. And then the food will just be thrown together messy in the bag.
Also they forget to give you straws ALL OF THE TIME. They should just give them to you with the drink and not in the food bag...

Read moreToday we ordered a nacho box (no pico) and quesoritos-both showing on their local menu. We ended up with nacho bell grande -with tomato and something in a soft shell (not the quesorito as ordered)..... we went back. Now we are told that they don’t have the nacho box any longer (didn’t say this when we ordered)- but they would “create something close” and charged more for the 6 pieces of chicken they put on them. Never did get the quesoritos-we instead got soft shell “somethings”- 2 of the 3 didn’t have meat, one had no rice-supposedly the manager made them himself....not the first time this location has screwed up (I’m sure most don’t take things back).... but it was even worse than before.... no more bell for us unless we are somewhere else in town where they...
