We had a great experience with Brian at BedMart! We went to one other store first and had intended to go to at least one more after here. Brian was so helpful and the product line at BedMart was so great that we didn’t feel like we needed to look any further. First, I didn’t realize these guys are a long-time local company. No offense guys, but the name doesn’t scream local. Ha! Second, we didn’t realize they carried Parklane; we thought that brand was gone forever. Brian asked us some background questions about what we were looking for and what we were currently experiencing. Then, get this, he has us do this 3D simulator thing to match our bodies and preferences to the right kind of mattress. That alone is enough reason to go! It’s like a ride! Not really, but pretty cool anyway. Brian showed us a model and gave us space to check it out. A few minutes later he came back, asked what we thought, then showed us another. After we had things down to three contenders, he gave us even more space to just lay around and compare them. I’m pretty sure my wife almost fell asleep. They had great prices and a really good return/exchange policy. BedMart also has a great financing option if you need (let’s be real, a good mattress cost some money). We were fortunate enough that the model we chose was in stock and we were able to get on the delivery schedule for the NEXT DAY. Dudes called this morning, told us our delivery window, and got here right near the start of that window. They were really nice and professional and were out with our old mattress and in with the new one in about 20 minutes. Part of the reason we liked Parklane back in the day was because of their recycling program. BedMart does that too, so you know your mattress isn’t going straight to the landfill to sit for eternity. My fiancée and I decided we needed a new mattress and originally we were leaning towards Amazon because they have so many affordable options. However with all the mixed reviews we just didn't feel comfortable ordering one despite how much money we could potentially save. At this point we went to about 5 different mattress stores and were now expecting to spend somewhere between $900-$1500. We walked into bedmart to do some final price comparisons before making our decision and we were absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service as well as the insanely good prices!! Robert greeted us warmly, was very knowledgeable and helpful, and within minutes he helped us find the perfect mattress that not only surpassed our expectations but was cheaper than anything we saw anywhere else! Seriously great customer service. We actually had a bed on order over at Mattress Firm when my mom told me that BedMart had a bed that you lay on that recommends which mattress you should try. We went in solely for that to see what the results compared to the mattress we already had on order. Brian was there to help us and was extremely patient with us. They actually had the bed we'd already ordered (but in stock, unlike Mattress Firm) which was wonderful to be able to try side-by-side with other options. We ended up buying a completely different mattress at BedMart and cancelling our order at Mattress Firm. Brian was helpful and had answers for all our questions! It was also nice shopping local (they're family-owned) and the mattress we ended up getting is made right here in Oregon. I guess I'm thankful our mattress at Mattress Firm was four weeks out!
