OMG! The store on 82nd in Happy Valley is A+++ on Customer Service, friendliness & helpfulness. First, I went there to buy a new phone to replace one I dropped. Second, I went there to buy a simpler flip phone for my husband. Turned out that the flip phone didn't work out for us. So went back & bought second phone like my new one. The staff is so knowledgeable & helpful. On my 3rd trip there, I was delayed & got there at 5:45 pm. The guys stayed until 6:30 pm and did everything I needed for my husband's phone, transferring his pics & contacts & wallpaper pic from the flip phone we were exchanging. This was the best phone buying experience I have ever had. He was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had. We talked and I felt heard but more than that.. this was the kindest and most empathetic man I have ever met in the sales industry. I will recommend him and consumer cellular to anyone I meet looking for new phone service. Every staff member was kind and friendly. And he took the time to talk me through each step.
