I Have Been With Aaron’s Furniture For Years I Have Never Ever Had Any Problems Whatsoever. The Minden Store Todd the Manager & Ann is my main seller that I got too when I come too the store. Plus I’m VIP customer I have gotten so much items from them Beds , Washer and Dryer, from electronics, gaming systems and more. They work with you to have your payments Felixaeble where you can afford your payments. Hey I love Aaron’s business they are always there. If I need anything I know I can come into that store and Say Ann I need this she say I gotcha boo. Todd is my go to person for advice on things in the store if I have any questions or problems. Read moreI've been paying on a refrigerator for almost two years. When we first got it our expirence was great. Something has gone wrong in this store since then with the employees. Everytime I get a reminder phone call the woman who leaves a message is beyond rude if you can even understand her. She talks to fast and does not use proper English. I've never been able to distinguish her name on the messages. She skips words and runs everything together. I've had a broken light in it for months that they have yet to service. When we've called about it her attitude is horrible. It's like we are a huge inconvenience and she can't be bothered with a light even though it's in our contact they fix any issues such as that. It's not only one person. Everyone I've delt with there in the last year is rude. While on the phone with a gentleman a few months ago I could hear other employees cussing and screaming in the background. If we hadn't have been in such a bind I never would have got under a contract with them. We've paid triple what the refrigerator was worth and we're still not done...
Read moreMy experience with Aaron's has been awful from the start. I placed an order for a dryer online and the ad said 5/7 days it's been like 14 days(business days). The young women that answer the phones need a course in customer service they weren't exactly rude but just not pleasant to talk too.. I was told my dryer was in and I can either wait for delivery ANOTHER WEEK or I can pick it up. I of course chose to pick it up... That part wasnt so bad but I get the dryer home and there was no electric cord with my electric dryer!!! I had to go buy a new one and put it on myself!!! I really wish I had not signed all the agreements online and canceled this order...nothing but issues from day one. I should have went to...
