UPDATE!! This is a great team!! I would recommend them to anyone. The best truck buying experience I've had so far.
That was my first experience and I thought it would lead to my second as I spent the entire day driving to Sikeston to look and test drive what I thought would be a great addition to my fleet. After sharing some concerns, a conversation was had to discuss price after lunch. That conversation was to be moved until the next day following a mechanic to come and look at the truck. There were unanswered calls made that was followed by a text that said that the mechanic was there looking at it and I would be contacted shortly. The next text I received was asking me how serious I was about buying the truck? Which I replied that I wouldn't have spent the day driving almost 200 miles one way to see it if I wasn't!! When inquiring why, I was suddenly met with the scenario that there was someone else on the line waiting to wire the money on the truck that I was informed had been there 3 months or better already!! I told her that if the bank she recommended I use, which she was supposedly in contact with, was not interested, that was not my only option. I tried to call at the end of the day and that call was answered by the secretary but was not returned by her. I sent another text this morning for a phone call that I finally received letting me know that she was going to take the guaranteed deal from the individual with the wire transfer. I told her that I had the money to do the same but didn't want to tie it up in something I could finance. There are no reasons in my credit profile that would have kept that from happening but it somehow did not matter!! I'm guessing if this is how a repeat customer is treated I will no longer be one!! There is nothing in this entire post that is not factual and can't be verified with text messages, phone records, and a witness on the line that heard the entire conversation this morning.
