On the positive side, if you rent from them they seem willing to help you if you have problems making a payment.

On the negative sides there seems to be no communication between store employees. The store manager Kevin has very poor manners and conduct dealing with customers. Comes across as disinterested and rude. Leaves very hateful phone messages. I complained several times and nothing seemed to be done. I told him I had covid and I notified them that I was being admitted in the hospital. I was told not to worry and make my payment when I got home. Kevin called and harassed my son multiple times and , my husband and left hateful messages for me. Came to the house etc!! When I got discharged and found all this out I called and had them come and pick up merchandise. It would have been different if I hadn’t called and let them know what was going on but I did call and was told everything would be ok so there was no need for this harassment. This is the first time I have dealt with this store and I regret it. I personally would not recommend this store until...

This place is trash Kevin Fowler claims he will work with you and they are better then aarons and rent a center but no I got behind due to a family emergency and he started hounding me and then making off handed remarks about me not being able to pay my bills as well as using his wife's cell phone to call me and my family harassing them and insulting me because I couldn't hive them a full payment only half as t the moment

Chuck is awesome, he helped us out and was able to work out a good payment arrangement with us on our Recliners. Shawn is great he will help you out if you have a problem. A few months back we had a problem with one of our heating & messaging recliners. It stopped working. He tried to fix the problem but he couldn't fix what was wrong so he replaced it with a different recliner it doesn't have the heating and massaging but it's still a great recliner. Thanks guys...
