MINERAL WELLS ONE ...Came in to get a order that was messed up and the manager wasnt there that said she would write down what they left out and of course a diffrent manager was there and had it written down wrong totally not even same thing i ordered and paid for so instead of calling of even looking at a receipt that would let her know couldnt be right cocked a attitude cause when i walked in her and a helper was siting on the greasy floor eating so i guess they didnt want to stop eating but she was the manager so she had to .so she said do you least want what the otber one wrote down im like i got a recipt if you would see u would kbow that cant be right.but shes like u want what she wrote im like in my head yeah i dont just want to get nothing for my money even tho it was only about a quarter of what i payed for that was owed to me so i watch the manager throw meat from the side with hand straight off the floor ughh didnt say nothing could tell she dont want a job just the money or just not a people person so she hands the box to her helper that was sitting on the floor with her and as she is putting the sides in the bix shes eating a bisquit dipping it in gravy droping crumbs all in the box of other peoples food not to forget they both hhave been standing there the whole time and not just eating over other's food she had hands straight off the greasy floor also.SO YES THE FOOD WENT TO MY DOG AS DINNER INSTEAD I GAVE FREE MONEY TO THEM THEY MUST NEED IT MORE ..SO I ASKED FOR THERE NAMES I FORGOT THE MANAGERS NAME BUT SHECWAS SHORT WITH DARK HAIR ..THE ONE THAT HADCA HOLE IN HER CHIN EATING OVER THE FOOD I ONLY REMEMBER HER LAST NAME SHEVWAS A SHORT KINDA BLONDISH BIGGER WOMAN PAPPAS WAS HER LAST NAME ..WATCH FOR THAT AND IF I EVER GO BACK ILL TRY GET THE OTHER GALS NAME SO PEOPLE WILL KNOW TO LOOK AT THERE HANDS AND EATING WITH YOURS ...NEVER HAVE HAD A PROBLEM EVER WHEN THE BLOND LADY THAT WORKED THERE FOR EVER IS THERE IS ALWAYS A GOOD WOMAM AND DONT CUT CORNERS AND MAKES SURE YOUR STUFF IS RIGHT..richard and susie yall usually have people that care about clean and ccustomers..but this manager seems to not want to be there. Order builder dropped a cheese stick on the ground, picked it up and tossed it back in the cooling pan and proceeded to fix order, getting our cheese sticks out of pan with dirty cheese stuck which might have been served to someone else had we not said something. When asked why he did it he put his hands in the air saying "my bad". We ask for a manager, she came to window all smiles and giggling, saying he told her what happened. I said " this is no layghing matter, we were just served food out of a contauner with a nasty cheese stick picked up off the floor. She continued to laughingly smile and made us more cheese sticks, a larger order in fact, however, she wiped the pan down with napkins while she cooked the new ones, he wiped the pan down as she sacked our new ones out if the basket, but the pan was not removed from the counter which should have been step one. Read moreMy wife and I came into get something to eat. My wife has a service dog. Her service dog was not vested at the time and is not required by law to be vested. A older female employee named Anita (whos also the manger) asked if she was a service dog. My wife answered yes that she is. The lady, very rudely I might add, asked for paperwork to prove she's a service dog and informed us it was company policy to ask for paperwork. When we tried to explain to her that there are no service dog paperwork and that asking for said paperwork is a violation of the ADA she walked away with her hands thrown up in the air. A business per the Americans with Disabilities Act can only ask 2 questions when relating to service dogs. 1. Is the animal a service dog & 2. What tasks does the dog perform.
Federal law trumps state law and company policies on this matter. I used to love Chicken Express but I will no longer be spending my money in a place that is unwilling to follow...
