T-Mobile — Local services in Mineral Wells

This is a Corporate location. I don't know if that is why the staff here seems much more knowledgeable than other locations around. My wife wanted to get an apple watch for herself and my son. She came in and was able to get what she needed with out me feeling like she got taken advantage of during her trip without me. A few weeks later I came in with an issue and was squared away. Holly was the T-Mobile representative that I worked with and she noticed I had been overpaying on something and fixed it right away. Wish I could give negative stars!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced. We had to turn in our WiFi modem because we decided not use it because it was so bad. I walk in and 2 associates are on their phone and don’t acknowledge me at all!! I have to walk up to one and interrupt his phone time to tell him what I’m there for. I get silence. He gets up and starts the return process which he needs help with so he asks the other older guy” who is also on his phone and looks put out to his job “ and I assume that this is his supervisor??
