Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mineral Wells

This is by far the worst Little Caesar’s I have ever been to. We walked in and asked for the $9.99 meal deal special they were advertising and they couldn’t even find what I was asking for. So they finally found a deal of some sort and just called it quits. Then I get back to my hotel and they gave me someone else’s pizza when they even said it was pepperoni pizza. So we had to go back and when we walked in with the wrong pizza we explained that it wasn’t ours and someone who works there that was just sitting down doing nothing said “what’s wrong” so the worker we spoke to explained it and she just rolled her eyes for something they messed up on. THEN we get back to our hotel again and they gave us the wrong crazy bread. It was supposed to be regular crazy bread and they gave us stuffed crazy bread. If you want someone else’s order and the opposite of what you ask for then this place is for you. Otherwise i suggest you stay away. Not to mention as we were leaving the first time, some of the employees were just standing outside with others who didnt work there yelling and cussing at each other. I have had several problems with this location but I figured how could they possibly mess up 1 cheese pizza and crazy bread. I was wrong again! I ordered on the app. Pizza was suppose to be ready at 3:15. Got to the store at 3:20. Absolutely nothing in the warmers or portals. Guy asked how he could help me. Told him I was waiting for an online order. He walked away and never came back or even went to look for my pizza. Several employees in the back knew i was there. Finally after standing in the front for 25 minutes, I interrupted a guy and asked can you find my pizza? He walks over to the stoves and my pizza and breadsticks were just sitting there getting cold. Lady threw it in a box and the guy hands it to me. I asked it's been sitting there this whole time and he says, I guess and walks away. Pizza box was wet and soggy, plain cheese pizza was cold and disgusting, breadsticks looked like they hadn't even been baked. I finally got my pizza at 3:50 and it got thrown in the trash. This location needs some serious management and employee training. I will not be giving them another chance to make a simple HOT N READY again since they can't even seem to...

The manager at this location asked me step outside when i asked for refund on my online order that was not ready when I arrived ( manager) was not wearing any uniform nor a name badge representing the company, when inside i was never asked if needed any help , manager was helping other customers with taking there order an walk off without asking if i need anything, when asked about , manager told me was not on duty yet , yet was just helping customer in front me , when asking for refund on my order manager said I was being rude an that I needed to wait outside like a dog or something , manager said been working 7 days a week an had 5 new employees that needed to be trained, needless to say I will not spend any of my hard earned money with business or manager-customers don’t come first at this location, what a...
