After our most recent successful purchase of the most beautiful creation of an engagement ring that Naomi had helped personally design for us and in following up looking for our wedding bands, I was disturbed to come to reviews for this establishment that are anything less than perfect. The most recent review was actually quite disturbing. I was very happy though to realize that the source of the bad review was someone so low as to include such harsh referendums that would include enough immaturity to place a "B" word reference (the type of name calling that I have not seen used since grammar school) in regard to a professional business. This only speaks to their lack of knowledge in the industry and the absolute need for such professionals as Naomi!!

I personally have worked with Naomi, The daughter to the owners of this "Diamond in the Rough" prized establishment and take personal offense to any such accusation that she could even attempt to come across as anything other than professional. The fact that this review was in regard to an appraisal only tells me that the joke of a ring brought in by whatever amateur this was, clearly was expecting her "Cracker Jack" ring to be worth the millions, when clearly, it was far from. Aside from that, the foundation of the relationship and the ability to connect with the client is the reason that my future husband and I are excited to spend countless future anniversaries on new ways to embrace the memories of our future. There is no beat around the bush, tell me what you want to hear relationship, which in todays world, is A MUST!!

I purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding band from Diamonds Direct this past year. Maria and her brother, John, made our experience amazing. Maria is very helpful and provided me immense peace of mind during the final buying decision. My decision came down to Diamonds Direct and another company. Maria was patient and took the time to answer the plethora of questions I had; she was not pushy in the slightest and truly wanted me to be happy with my decision. I cannot say the same about the other company. John is GIA-certified and is extremely knowledgeable about diamonds. He provided very detailed information about the specific diamond I purchased. Also, he was able to construct the engagement ring and wedding band to our desired specifications, some of which were not traditional. More specifically, he created the wedding band based off a picture we loved and found online (and completed construction of the band in under a week for our wedding day). Their staff is incredible with their personalized service for finding just the right stone and setting while providing a multitude of options. I had a variety of pieces that I brought in w different needs and they made the process so simple with the best prices around! I had a wedding band, a solitaire diamond and an earring to be worked on. John III and his team gave me the option of consigning my solitaire diamond which had never been an option with other jewelers and made the transaction seamless.
