For install of the radio and 2 door speakers I was charged $205 dollars. I was told the kit was included but they didn’t switch it out with the old one I had in there . They are extremely overpriced and they charge you based on how you look. They asked me if I was from the neighborhood I said no he said $205. They broke the dash and left the ridges and exposed … they left the trash from the install in the car and didn’t clean up after themselves. When I started to express being upset at them not replacing the black kit you see he started to speak Spanish as if he didn’t understand me. Communication is terrible and this was a terrible experience. The locals was coming in while I was waiting for them to finish and he was giving them fair prices that was reasonable but over charged the heck out of me . I’d suggest going to Best Buy geek squad it’s more professional and communication is clear and prices are better defined and more affordable. I’ll never go back...

My husband and I had scheduled a service for a Sunday (to be done a little over two weeks ago). According to Google, they are open Sunday, but when I called in to schedule the service, the gal had to go ask someone if they would be open. That should have been a concern to me. She did confirm with someone that they would be there, but then day of the appointment, we drove a good 45 minutes from our house only to find they were not open. Door was locked, I called the main number multiple times with no answer. I also submitted an inquiry via their website reiterating all of this and never got a response or any sort of communication apologizing for whatever went wrong. Very disappointing…. From the reviews, it sounds like they provide great service and we were willing to make the drive for that, so I’m bummed to have to make...

This place is happening. I was very impressed with the entire purchase. From start to finish. I found this place on fb market . Sent a message this morning at 7a.m. (Sunday)..they replied in a couple minutes answered a couple questions. And we decided to go down to this place on lake street, Minneapolis Minnesota...

The place was super chill. Very good selection at prices comparable to online purchase. We had a young lady greet us as we entered. she walked us through each item we needed, and was very knowledgeable of her products.. Very professional.
