Pineda Tacos Plus — Restaurant in Minneapolis

This just happened around 5pm Today. I placed a doordash order and called the store right after to tell them the 6 Tacos are 2 seperate order and that i would like separate sauces. The male employee said he can only give me 2 sauces per order, I said that's fine. My order gets here and there's no sauce in the bag.. It's street tacos. I need sauce!! I called the store to find out what happened... long story short I got hung up on twice and the 3rd time I heard them talking about my order in Spanish, when he came back on the phone i told him escuche cada palabra and he hung up again. I called back to back but they took the phone off the hook.. The 4th time a lady answered, I told her i needed the 2 names to hold them accountable and she put me on hold only for them to come on and hang up. Unprofessional. Last time ordering there and I order there a lot since finding out. The Tacos is delicious but I can't help but think from now on when they see my name on the order, they'll do something...

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life , I felt insulted and ignored. I don’t know if the girl at the counter is the owner’s daughter but oh boy she was rudeeeeeeeee OMG🤦🏽‍♂️ . This was my first time coming to this place so I told her I wanted a hamburger and asked what’s in it ? She said well the normal stuff in a burger onion and lettuce and I’m like oh ok , then turns out they filled my burger with pork which I can’t eat and (that’s why I asked what was in it 🤦🏽‍♂️)so I ended up not eating my burger. She also messed my wife’s tacos by adding things which my wife already said she didn’t want. She didn’t give us sourcream for the tacos so I went up there and told her she forgot and she said ummm you really gotta give me a sec in here like what ???? I stood there for like 5 munite , until one of the cook came out and gave me one . So I spent 30 dollar and never ate my burger . Horrible place if you are trying to enjoy a...

Tacos Al Pastor Burrito California Chips & Guac Kids Meal - Quesadilla (w/ fries)

Scheduled our order ahead. Hot food arrived cold and soggy, almost as if it had been sitting for a while until delivery time.

The tacos are passable. Missing some of the depth that al pastor is known for. No discernible flavors, just heavily spiced. I wouldn’t be upset to have been served these fresh.

Quesadilla had a dollop of sour cream right on top that got warm from the food and made the tortilla underneath extra wet.

Chips are excellent. Nice crunch. Nice flavor. Guac was delicious as well. Seemed fresh and seasoned adequately.
