La Michoacana Neveria — Restaurant in Minneapolis

I order a icecream cone with 3 flavors, when they gave it to me it looked like 2 flavors I ask if it was 3 and they said the 3rd one is in the cone part I was like ok left the store then when I got to the cone area there was no other flavor I called the store and told them about it not to get a replacement or anything like that just to ask them to pay more attention they said basically that they needed proof, I don't understand why or how I could show them proof unless I went all the way to the store and I dont live in that are later I found out people complain about customer service in that store all the time so theres nothing...

Worst Michoacana location from the rest Michoacán's I have ever been to. I wanted some churros and went a day in the week where I was told they where only made in the weekends. So, I come back in the weekend and they said they did not have any, because they didn’t have any time to make some when in reality it was most likely because they where lazy. So I then got a mango with chamoy instead and it was all hard to even get bites from. I recommend to go to other Michoacanas instead of the one...

Horrible customer service, they said that they close at 8pm and I was waiting in line for 20 minutes, it was at 7:15 pm. And order an mangonada and they told me that they don't sell those because it was almost 8pm. I ask for the manager and they refused to give the name and name and number.
