I love that this places is open 24 hours. It is roomy and clean. This 100 precent authentic mexican food. I'm from Texas and I expect same as home. This place hit it right on head! Taco are small ($1.90) but have alot of meat. I ordered a regular plate: one meat and rice and bean. There was alot of meat. I could hardly finish it. Staff was bi-lingual and they take cash or card. There's plenty of parking. Building looks well maintained. A bonus for me is that they offer a recycle bin for plastic bottle. A must for any tourist.

It’s original! They have fresh meats and their cooking is consistent no matter what location you go to. However, there are better tacos 🌮 around here, these are tasty but not as cool as some of the other Mexican joints around here. It’s I think 4 stars but for the effort they make id like it a 5. The parking can be difficult but on the weekends you can park on the Bank Parking. Now they started to have Birria. I think Barbacoa, Suadero and Tripa are the better meats.

Don’t ever leave anything behind at this location, always check your food before leaving - I got so comfortable coming here throughout the years that earlier this month I forgot to piece count my order prior to leaving mannnn did I have to pay to get my 1 slice of choco-flan replaced, I was told over the phone while placing another order that I don’t qualify to have my slice replaced because it’s outside the 15-20 day grace period. 😯 Are you serious? That was my initial thought, no one had mentioned any time restrictions, anyways on with the story so I arrive to pick up my order and I was able to prove it had been within this month (at the very least, so he could understand I wasn’t attempting to lie and hustle them for one slice of chocoflan) the date was Aug 2nd to be exact and he also asked if I had brought it up to staff and I had but again if you have my money from earlier this month and I never received said slice of cake?! I also mentioned that I don’t live in Minneapolis-I live outside the city, so idk. I just felt like I had to jump through so many hoops to prove something about my order and I’m a long time customer, I wasn’t understanding why I was being cornered about a mistake the restaurant/staff made that day you so easily took my money?! Am I the rude one? I never snapped, I never yelled. If he was to be asked what I said I specifically answered his questions and placed my order anyway, it wasn’t rude interaction on my part but definitely poor customer service on the restaurants part in this case for sure! ...Anyway, on other days that I’ve gone to this location and the one in Burnsville I usually have a good experience, 3 stars ⭐️ I’m crabby right now because of how I was treated but I’m not going to hate on them enough not to ever...

Went for lunch.

Atmosphere is cute and colorful but it feels dated.

The food is tasty (minus the chicken taco), but the price's, service, and portion sizes were underwhelming. The tacos are truly the size of your palm and you'll feel hungry if you order even 4 of them. 4 * $3.60 is already 14.40 and you're still hungry? Math doesn't add up since you can do so much better elsewhere.

I appreciate food being made to order but it's too slow. You'll wait 10 mins for 3-4 tacos + chips/guacamole and given that the menu is centered around 5-10 dishes, it could be much more efficient and streamlined.

From what I could hear, the staff were bilingual and while that is really useful, some staff only spoke spanish and asking for alterations of the menu didn't come across at all. We asked cilantro off some tacos due to an allergy and they came with cilantro. Not good considering some serious allergies could be worse.

I give it a 3. It's an ok spot in a busy neighborhood and while the food is satisfactory, services is subpar and the prices catch up fast that you should just really go elsewhere for value...

Sharing my experience I had yesterday 4/09/2021.

I’ve been going to this restaurant ever since I was 12. I would literally come all the time with my friends after school as well since our high school was just next door. After yesterday, I promised I would never come again. I had ordered some tacos and tortas as usual. I would always ask for more hot sauce and there was never a problem & would even see other customers asking for more as well. So while I went to pick up my order, I asked for one extra red hot sauce. While the employee proceeded to scold me stating the hot sauce isn’t used for tortas and tacos. Like what??? then what is it used for???? She denied giving me hot sauce and criticized me in front of other customers. . I felt like everyone was staring at me & it was a humiliating experience.... I literally rushed to leave the building. Reflecting on it now, it wasn’t a big deal but at the same it was a big deal especially if your an introvert and isn’t use to those kind of...
