UPDATE: I am absolutely disgusted in this place. This place used to be awesome and always on point but I went in to get charging port fixed since inteied multiple cords and the only way it worked waw me having to wrap the cord around the phone to get it to charge. I brought it in for the repair qnd stopped working so i jad to do the wrao method until i got back there to get my port warrantied after it stopped working and it said repairs have 30 days of warranty on the repair. well I went to get the warranty work done and they guy said how do we know it didn't happen since we fixed it???? I was like it says 30 days warranty on that repair and i shieed the receipt... they repaired it and it worked. i told him i have to hsve a working phone ASAP since i have a sick family memeber and for other life altering reasons and without a phone i cant pay for anything. Well about 2 hours later with the rubber banda still attached to help the glue settle on the repair the phone just starting turning off and on non stop after it loaded to home screen and unlocked it... I alwats have protective case and screen protector and it wasn't dropped at all. I contacted them and they said i would have to bring it in but it would be a new charge since it isn't the charging port as they said... I just spent the money for a fix and now they want me to pay again . one thing I didn't think of until later was after the fix the guy was trying real hard to sell me an upgraded version of the phone which I couldn't afford at the time but shouldn't have had to worry when all was fixed and only owned the phone for maybe 15 months so no warranty on it. luckily i had a unlock broken screen Samsung A13 to use since I had to order a new one on amazon... I walked in with a working ohone but had a charging port issue which was dixed and then refiled and now it won't stay on for only a few minutes if that I have always d recommended peope here and had great service e and they saved me money and precious time with past repairs and unlocks. the more I thought about it with the guy pushing me to buy the phone bad makes me feel like it ws sabotaged or to get me to spend more money to get it fixed and of course they didn't offer to make their mistake as I never even opened it up and they weren't will to budget just kept saying it was a different issue and to being it in but I gotta pay to get it fixed it possible when they are the only ones who have ever opened the phone up.. I will never go here again and advise everyone against going here and finding another place to fix your phone issues because I feel it was sabotaged and I am not gonna pay them once again to fix their mistake and if they messed up they could've made it right but just kept repeating how do we know that I didn't do it. stupidest thing I ever heard especially when I depend on it to survive and wasn't happy paying fro a new one but at least I got 2 step higher model at a great price and no issues. but now I've lost all my info pictures and other media and everything else because it won't stay on long enough to even transfer. the battery icon just had a lightning bolt once it died and wouldn't even charge. must be newer management because they used to be awesome and when I wrote the review everything was great but then hours later it got so bad I couldn't even use the phone anymore. really disappointed and pissed

DISREGARD THE BELOW POST AND READ ONE ABOVE I really appreciate all that you guys do and have helped me so many times and always have been professional and courteous. they go out of there way and the prices are unbeatable... they are fast and efficient when they do repairs and have your privacy at the utmost security . I thank the whole staff for their hard work and dedication. they have a great selection of products and at great prices. I cant say enough good things about ICC and their staff.. SCAMMERS- STAY AWAY!!!

This place scammed me twice. The 1st time I thought maybe it was a glitch. I went to get the charger port replaced on my phone and they charged like 50 bucks; when I went to pick up the phone the charger was still not working. The guy tried several different chargers and it still didn't work. Eventually it worked, which was sketchy but it finally worked so I left.

a couple of weeks later, I brought it back to the screen replaced and the charger port was working when I dropped it off because the guy charged the phone right Infront of me. When I went to get it, they claimed that I needed to replace the screen and charger port and wanted me to pay for both. I told them absolutely not because the phone port was working when I left it, so if something they didn't do carefully has nothing to do with me. But what Im thinking is they either were trying to get extra money out of me, or the originally faultiness of the charger import.

So I leave with my phone in rubber bands, told their is no warranty, more shady business. I wait until the next day to remove the rubber bands and the screen was barely working. long story short, 2days later the screen is now completely black and not charging! Smh Yes I'm reporting them to the better business bureau and another place!
