I’m never coming back to this store again. I often came here to pick up necessities, and because there were no baskets/carts, I’d use an eco bag. None of the employees had ever told me to put away my bag whenever I did this. That all changed on Saturday, however. While I was picking up necessities, the cashier behind the counter came over and ripped my bag out of my hand, accusing me of stealing. I tried to explain myself to him, as I’ve done this many times before with no problems, but he wasn’t having any of it. He took the stuff out of my bag and threw it at me, told me to “leave the f—ing store,” and called me a derogatory word, all the while in the presence of four other customers. She is running out customers every day. Except all over every man that walks in and never IDs men. Nearly every time I had been in there recently she was arguing with someone, always a woman.
