"Ohhhh, you must be talking about the Hmong customer who came in to ask for an exchange since the mattress from your store had a strong odor once the package was opened. She said it was a strong tobacco odor. However, her request was denied due to your no refund policy. Not only did her request got denied but she was treated poorly. Therefore, they went home and decided to just cut up the mattress and went Facebook live. Turned out it was a used bed where a new layer was literally just sewed over it. A manufactured defective product? Where do you get your items from? Does that not anger you that the manufacture where you buy your goods from are cheating you and your customers? Even this status presents how you ignorantly respond back to your unsatisfied customers by lashing back at her. Please be professional even if your customers are not. I bought this mattress from Mecca Linen LLC for $470 it was advertised as brand new. When I bought it home and opened the plastic wrap, there was a oder that smell like cigarettes. I called the owner and ask nicely if I can possibly exchanged it with the exact same brand and mattress, but I was greeted with a short-temper attitude like he was disgusted with my question of exchange. I didn't ask for any form of refund, but was told once the plastic wraps comes off it's unrefundable. Doesn't make sense if only after I open it I started to smelling a crigreatte oder, the refund exchange policy contradicts each other to cheat people of their money. I will never buy from again.
