St. Constantine Ukrainian Catholic Church — Local services in Minneapolis

Beautiful iconography at this Ukrainian Catholic Church. Eastern Catholic Churches have such beautiful artwork that deeply inspires our spirit to be raised upwards towards Heavenly Eternity where Jesus sits on the Throne with His Eternal Father.

The weekday Divine Liturgy was 90% in English and was about an hour long. It was a wonderful and intimate experience!

This was my first time attending this Church and I look forward to returning for weekday and weekend Divine Liturgy. Although I don't speak Ukrainian, I am eastern European, so I am thankful for this Church being in the Twin...

First impressions were amazing. Visited once and had the honor of being Godfather. There was a woman who was very kind and made sure to greet us and ask us about ourselves, this was while we were waiting. I honestly don't know if she was associated with the church or just incredibly helpful. The priest then did an English language baptism. While this was clearly not the easiest thing for him I noticed he gave it his full effort and we didn't skip any part of the baptism. My wife and I have been eating pierogies at St. Constantine's for years. They only serve Fridays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and they don't take credit cards. It's authentic, simple, delicious food, served by volunteers as a fundraising event during the winter. It's in a converted gym on the back of the Church, so nice, big, hometown kind of feel.
