My family and I just got back from eating here, we had a reservation for 6pm we were sat immediately and nobody came to take our drinks order or anything for about 15-20 minutes but the table that sat in front of us came probably about 10 or so minutes later than us and the server Ellie went and took there drink order fast and then came to us, which wasn’t a big deal at first but then she brought boxes to the table next to us and was chatting with them, and proceeded to go to this table with boxes already more than our table and the other table in front of us, we were running low on drink and were trying to get someone’s attention (a food runner and our server Ellie) but both didn’t hear us when we’re asking for them to refill our drinks while they were at both tables near us, we eventually had to ask the host to get our server because she was pretty much MIA (except to the table she was clearly familiar with and the other table) and Ellie proceeded to go to the table she went to before and ask if they needed anything and then came to us when we asked for her specifically because she wasn’t returning to our table, so then naturally we get upset and I said to the server that it’s not okay to not check on your table in between the two tables she keeps checking on and she said it was because it was busy which is totally understandable except she repeatedly went the the tables surrounding us. After saying something to her and getting a refill on my drink there was something white on the tip of my straw which could have been just from a bumping something while she was bringing it back I’m not too sure but I’ll insert a photo, after we paid and we’re leaving we thanked the host for being helpful and friendly and she apologized but she was NOT the problem. Read moreNever again, my first and last time at this establishment, we sat outside with my family and dog, the server was impatient, (maybe new at serving or not the actual server that evening)our appetizers came before our drinks, why because our server was not patient when I made questions about the menu and drinks and would walk away, we ordered our drinks but did not received them because our server was talking to a guy in the sidewalk, I walked in to the bar to ask for them and was told they would get my server, the server brought the drinks and asked me if everything was ok in a confrontational tone and began arguing that it had not been that long, I felt threatened by this huge guy that instead of providing customer service and keeping his opinion to himself decided to be conflicting so I responded by walking away and asking for a manager as I did not have to argue with the server, I explained what was happening, at first the manager was not sure the server did anything wrong but did compensated our food even though we returned the entres and did not drink our drinks (as we left) so Thank you for that. I would like to humbily ask management to take this review seriously, we are all humans and may not always have a good day but it does not mean we can take it out on others specially guests, I defended the fact that as a guest I am paying for a service and my bill would have been over a hundred bucks of hard earned money and would expect to sit down and relax and be taken care of on a Saturday evening, I was never rude at first but did get upset when this guy gave me the attitude he did as he did not like that I stood up to ask for my drinks. Read moreIm so so disappointed and disheartened by my last visit. Ive been going here for multiple weekends because their burgers are so delicious and their truffle fries are so yummy. However what i thought was a normal typical friday happy hour there our server surprised us with rude comments, forgetting multiple orders and messing up orders and then not removing the mistake off the tab. She talked about us pointed and rolled her eyes in plain sight to other tables and coworkers about us. If you have a problem or an issue please dont be fake and lie to our face just tell us what is wrong and it can be fixed in a respectful manner. I asked for a separate togo order ordered it asked multiple times is this ok to order are you to busy i said thank you multiple times and she said no problem. I never got that togo order (waited an hour) and when asked about it she said its coming but it never was shown on the tab. Then after asking us if we wanted to tab spilt she gave us the tab unsplit and said “ you have to figure it out” we did we gave her 5 cards to split the tab which we previously discussed with her. There were 4 tabs equal to 31.25$ and one tab total 7.81…do the math it does not equal 187.50 which was our tab total so we noticed this mistake and paid extra to make up for her mistake instead of bothering her because she was very annoyed and upset for an unknown reason. We understand the restaurant business is awful right now we did not complain but we honestly don’t understand how the tab was split this way. Then on top of that i checked my bank and i have been charged two times , once 187.50 (total tab) and a second for the 31.25$.
