River City Church — Attraction in Minneapolis

River City Church is currently meeting in the Ukrainian Event Center in NE Minneapolis. The worship space is a great fit for this church. The worship music is a wonderful blend of contemporary hymns that connects the younger and older generations of the community. The preaching is sound theology and easy to follow, and the community is very hospitable.

Once I started attending River City, I fell in love with the community. RCC has a vibrant community of different ages, ethnicities, and socioeconomic statuses. It is a community that loves Jesus and wants to live more like him. The community of RCC is quick to serve those in their community and in the neighborhood of the church. It is so refreshing being a part of a church that holds their convictions while also being compassionate to what is going on in the world.

I give this church 5 stars because they really help people that are homeless or are just in need. I know the Pastor & his wife that run a ministry for the homeless specifically every 3rd Sat of the month & it's a wonderful event to go to. A Lot of positive friendly people & they really know how to help uplift people spirits, especially when they are going through a lot. They give clothes away, hygiene, food, & other things. I get to see a bunch of bright Shiny Happy People here once a week :-) one of the best churches I've attended! Always lots of smiles. The parking lot is also very accommodating, and so is the staff...
