My husband and I needed a walk and decided to go in town instead of our local suburban park. It was lovely here. Large grassy areas to stretch out in. Wooded area, backwaters run through it and a bluff neighborhood with lovely older homes. A great mix that was so unexpected and so nice.

Nice peaceful little park along the trail. Offers some nice scenery and is pretty quiet so it'd be a good place to just walk and relax or meditate a bit. Has a small parking lot that I've never seen full and a nice statue. Overall the park seems well maintained.

This was our 1st time here, we went for fireworks on the 4th! We had a good time, met a lot of very nice people. Didn't really get a chance to explore but will be going back to adventure! 🙂

The park is nice enough there's just too many people, I grew up in the city but moved to a small town for this exact reason. People on every path people at every picnic table on every bench people running walking biking. Parking lot packed. There's no peace and quiet anywhere because people are crawling all over the place Scenes like this remind me how glad I am I got...

Great park for open spaces. Run, walk the dog, watch fireworks, hookup with a date, seen it all at this park. It connects to Boom Island and the Mississippi with an easy access to launch a kayak or canoe. Crosa the bridge onto Nicollet Island and see DeLaSalle high school sports or stop into the Nicollet Inn. There is a small parking lot and plenty of space...

An absolutely gorgeous park to run or walk through. There is a lot of open space and greenery along with the river. Plenty of shady spots to sit when the weather is nice and lounge without getting a sunburn and it’s not too far of a walk from a St. Anthony Main and other nice parts...
