I asked her for highlight and reminded her acouple times and she was a brown to my hair and too many highlights and I still got the red spots in my hair she told me It was bcuz I dyed it B4 and if she knew it was gonna turn out this way why would she continue to do my hair like this it's not even the way I wanted and she put too much bleach into my hair and she charged me $100 even tho she saw my hair like this she told me it looked nice and omg I gotta go somewhere else to do my hair this place use to be my favorite salon and I really liked this place I even sent friends here but not nomore I don't even want to go in public with my hair like this that's how bad my hair is rite now and it looks alot worser in person then this picture . 😡 🛑🚫I TRYED asking the lady who did my hair to fix my hair maybe they could have darken the hair but the lady told me I would need to pay and she will do for cheaper but I am not dealing with them nomore and she even helped herself to a 5dollar tip outta my credit card I don't know the name of who did it But it was one of the ladies at the salon that worked...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, the service at this salon fell far below professional standards.

What should have been a straightforward cut turned into a very disappointing appointment. The technique was careless and imprecise, leaving uneven sections and poorly blended layers. Rather than addressing the mistakes properly, the stylist relied on excessive heat styling and heavy product application to mask the errors. While the style held temporarily, the underlying cut was noticeably uneven once I washed my hair at home.

The overuse of heat and product also left my hair feeling dry and compromised, which was both unnecessary and damaging. A skilled stylist should be able to deliver a precise cut that looks good without relying on these measures to cover mistakes.

Overall, I left feeling frustrated and with hair that will take time and additional professional care to repair. I would strongly recommend considering other salons if you value both the quality of technique and the long-term health...

So this was my first time coming here and I gotta say, Tram can cut hair. However, PLEASE BEWARE! They haven't updated their price online because they don't know how. It did go up! I came thinking i was going to pay 16$ for a men haircut but now its 20$. At first, I made an appointment online but Tram told me that it's better to call instead because she actually doesn't know how to check it. Her apologies yall, she's old. So when I came she didn't know I had an appointment booked. I did have to wait a bit since they were busy and only 2 elderly women, including Tram was working. Despite that, Tram was very kind and asked about what style I wanted to get cut. I specifically told her what I wanted and she said it wasn't a problem at all. It is a bit nerve racking when you go to a new place you don't know, especially out of your comfort zone but I just went with it and next thing you know, she finished cutting. I gotta say she did a pretty good job. I like the results and I gotta say she was gentle with my head. Thanks Tram! I'll for sure...
